Prince: Golden Horses...
Prince went to the Palace of Golden Horses Hotel to test the dishes before the graduation dinner. He was given a feedback form to comment on each and every one of the dishes. The food is fabulous, and delicious. However, the Chinese restaurant seems to be really quiet. He later found out from the Catering manager that, the restaurant is moving a bit slow, while the Japanese restaurant is better. Golden Horses hotel depends very much on group visit, rather than walk in due to the location wise, unlike PJ Hilton and City Hotel which located at the central of the city. Meanwhile, Golden Horses is the best in providing wedding dinner, and they did almost 90 weddings last year. Their major competitor is Sunway Hotel. Talking about the ambience and atmosphere in Golden Horses Hotel, He does not deny the fact that they are really A six stars hotel, because the interior and services are on par and better than those in the market. Prince just got to know that it was owned by Tan Sri Lim Kim Yew, while, the discussion goes on, and he got to know that, Tun Mahathir could be the major shareholder, and Tan Sri is one of the best friends of our previous Prime Minister.
Prince: Management Never Good Enough...
Is there any perfect management in business? Of course, no matter how good it can be, employee will still complain about it. Due to this scenario, top management tends to take for granted by believing that they are good, and that, employee will still complain, and so they tend to ignore it. When you think back, do you think complain is it? Well, complaint is good if employee does not take for granted, and fulfilling employee needs are important as well, as long as top management does not take for granted! For a company like prince, which only providing RM 200 medical claim and each claim can only amount to RM 20. Is it reasonable? Prince entitled to 8 days leave where most MNC are giving 12 days, although it fulfills the employment law requirements but is it good enough? And when prince sounded at the top management, they tend to say ‘no matter how good we are, employee will still complain!’ Certainly for those who are earning a lot more, will succumb to the management because they tend to protect their own right at the moment. What is the rationale behind?

Prince: Controversy When No Neutralism..!
The most famous blog is always the most controversial one. Don’t you feel a little strange to see the number of people reading and commenting on controversy blog? Prince has read so much, and understands that controversy happens when the write-up doesn’t posses the neutralism. Controversy occurs when writer starts to take side, such as the abortion articles which prince mentions, and then the Sarung Party Girl’s blog who believe in ‘Do it my way as I like’. There is always a problem when human being starts to become extreme in the process, meaning, aggressively over-protective to their belief and statement…
Prince: Why want to be EXTREME..!
Talking about extreme, human being tends to over embrace certain belief, and that they believe they are right. For example, when you are told not to think negatively, then you tend to embrace the belief that negative is bad, and follow this belief in every facet of your life. By right, when you think of contingency plan, you need to consider the negativity in business. If you are to embrace that particular belief in extreme then you tend to fail in life. That’s the reason why, belief should not go extreme.

Prince: Leave Application...
Prince tried to apply for 3 days leave in November, separately in different week, however, was asked to wait until Wednesday. He has been working for almost a month without rest. He has to work on Sunday because of the company induction program. Even though, the principal may have verbally agreed to give replacement leave, but if she continuously rejects the application with some frivolous excuses, then there’s no point giving them replacement leave.
‘Hi, C, this is my leave application in November’, said Prince.
‘Oh, when is your holiday camp, it is in November isn’t it’, she flipped through the calendar while asking.
‘My application is on 18 & 19 November, Friday and Saturday respectively, while, the other is on 25 November & 28 November’, explained prince.
‘Oh, 18 November is Holiday Camp, you have camp fire on that day, you need to come back, and 25 November is the last day of holiday camp, they have Party on that day, you have to come back too, its your project’, she claimed.
‘Since meeting, Uncle William has voiced out that we are only helping out, and acts as a liaison for those teachers and Vice Principals, thus, we will delegate the responsibility to them, they will be the player on that day, so I think it should not be any problem’, explained prince.
‘Like that ar, But it is still one month ago, we don’t know if we have anything on that day you see, you keep it on hold first, wait until Wednesday, then we decide about it’, she said.

Prince: Development Phase...
Thinking of development phase for prince, although he knows he has to move in slower pace to achieve his dream, but sometime he is just too anxious to complete the fundamental phase which he has set earlier on. A few years to go and he can then move into the second phase. Perhaps he is thinking too much now…
Prince:Longest Yard...
Prince watched ‘the longest yard’ last night, the stories of a former athlete, who throw at their team members. He was put in jail for causing public disorder. Somehow, by twist of luck, he met up with this warden who is a fanatical fan about American football. The Warden wants him to train up a team of convicts, to face the guards in a game.
He trained his team well, and in the midst of winning, the warden threatens him, ‘this is supposed to be a blow up, if you win this game, I will pin you down for the murder of caretaker’. (Caretaker is one of the team members!)
He lost the mark, and out of the blue, something hit his mind. He asked the old guy, who used to beat up the warden and put up an extra 20 years in jail. ‘When you beat him up, have you ever regretted?’ he asked. The old man answered, ‘no, I feel good’.
Then he ran down to the field to join the team and kick the guards’ ass….The opponent team leader (after losing the game), congratulates him, and said, ‘ Good game, I know you got nothing to do with the murder case, I will back you up!’. This is the moment that hit me so much. As long as you know you did not commit a mistake, oppress or threat shall not be in your fear! The dude will make arrangement for you……

Prince: The Books....
Looking at the books, he suddenly realized that the books have been in the shelves for quite a few weeks, he desperately wants to finish the book so that he can lend to Siew Ci. Left with another half to go, he makes up his mind to complete it before mid of next month. Of course, he must make sure he really understand the books, instead of the books understand him!
Prince: Faulth from both parties, Admit it..!
Apart from Big Brother, there’s another friend of prince who wrote a little about prince’s situation as well. Prince just doesn’t seem to understand much about his own blog, and how other perceives it, either degrading others or himself. However, he does know that if it is degrading about other, it will also reflect the degradation of him as well.
The very good example would be his relationship problem, apart from spilling out his and her problem, it doesn’t necessary reflect the degradation effect on her, but also on him. Somehow, he still wants to put it up, why? The reason is because prince admits his own mistake, of being incapable to bring her into the same channel of thought! He admits his failure, as he has always assumed, fault does not come only from one parties.
For someone who always talk about relationship, and educate couple what they should do to maintain a good relationship, has failed thoroughly in one relationship. It reflects his incapability, and unqualified to talk about relationship anymore. All the problems listed previously, are not originated from her alone, but prince, is the one who leads to the born of those entire problem. It is similar to a loving parent who pampered their own child, to a point- Spoiled, but the fault does not lay on the child, it is to blame on parents, which similarly, to blame on Prince.
Now, that she thought he blamed her for everything, and also put it up to the blog to allow everyone to know her fault. This is completely nonsense, as he would only treat it as an excuse for not admitting the mistake, since prince has taken a soft initiative. Prince: In a dilemma yet decision is made...
Have you ever been into a situation where you know certain decision will lead to two different outcomes, which means, one may be bad, and the other may be good. A few days ago, they have an argument about religion, the argument lingered on until the stage where he can’t really take it anymore, because it is no longer a healthy argument, but more like a naïve refute from her. When a couple in love, the couple supposes to be at a neutral stage where no religion, prejudice, bias and any other elements should penetrate them, but how many couple can actually stay at that stage?
Previously, he will always put himself down in every argument, and patiently explains, comfort and talk her into the right emotional track. However, this time, he has given up, because he knows, she has taken granted for his patience. She has never tried to understand the situation, and has always been emotional without much thinking of the consequences. ‘Break-up’ & ‘Divorce’ are so easily spilled out from her mouth. This has led him into doubt, “How am I going to spend the rest of my life with someone who can easily say ‘break-up’ & ‘Divorce’?”; He asked to the mirror, “Why we have been through so much, and so much experience, but she still doesn’t seem to understand what should be done and what should not?”
Does she really love him? Even though she kept saying yes, but how she can be so emotional without thinking? She can easily let her emotional stage over-riding her feeling of love to him. Sometimes, he just doesn’t understand why she is so narrow-minded. He sits around, and thinks back, and then he realizes that doubt has always existed in their relationship, and it originated from her. The doubt to trust has led to skeptical feeling.
He still remembered they both promised to put their photo in their personal room & office. Somehow, he has placed all the photos at the said location, but she seems to have problem to conform to this particular promise. It took her sometimes to perform the mutual promise, and this has already shaken the faith a little, but he kept telling himself that she needs time to change.
That day, at her house, he saw the photo frame of them both, was put in the drawer instead of the table. She found out that he was opening the drawer, and run her temper over him. This had, again, shaken the faith a little, because he didn’t know what she is actually up to. She is angry because he has found her secret which she has kept it from him!
She just can’t shift her lifestyle back to normal again, as she has said she will do so after married, but how many couple actually divorce due to this problem? To make him feel better, she will ask him out, together, clubbing and drinking, whenever she got invited. In fact, this will only make her feel better, the least; she didn’t need to explain to him later. It is like taking another person hand to kill someone, making the innocent to feel guilty as well. This has in fact, shaken the faith a little.
No doubt, he has opened his heart, and be at 99% transparency, but she still kept all to herself, as so call secret. A human, who makes no mistake, will not afraid to open up, this is what he thinks of, and it has shaken his faith a little.
A little by a little, he somehow, comes to a point where he can’t take it anymore…..and blew it out…If she realized her mistake, then it will lead to a long and happy ending, because it means successfully break her ‘old’ mind off, but if she didn’t, then this relationship have to call off. Prince: Relationship = Most-Life-Solution...
Love is a solution for problem in life, it may not be a solution for all life problem but in certain area, such as the psychologically reliance. That explains why soured relationship is hurtful, because they found all solution in the relationship, and suddenly all the solution went off! It happens to mostly woman, men are a bit safer in this but why. Man who has a past in relationship before, afraid of being hurt, and they tend to channel their time to other activities, such as clubbing, drinking, football, gambling, or any other hang-out with friends. Sometimes it makes man a bit refrain from taking relationship responsibility.
Prince: Rigid = Dysfunctional ....
A person character may be shaped differently when they grow up in a dysfunctional family. A dysfunctional family is a family with rigid family environment, of course, every family is rigid, and rigid is similar to control. It is a control mechanism in a family to prevent wrong-doing. Obviously, family who exert certain control with family rules can encourage proper upbringing. But when over exert of control mechanism, and then it becomes rigid. Rigid is a plague for creativity and innovative, under rigid family, the children will not be able to have grasp of most knowledge in the society, as they are refrained from it most of the time.
Prince: Last-Minute-Work-Man...
Many has doubt about the quality of last minute, however, last minute work is not always under quality assurance, but do not deny the fact, it may give rise to the possibility of quality defect, moreover, you will not have time for correction in last minute. It also disrupted the whole operation, where employee has to take out their time for their own duty, and dedicated to your last minute work. You may find it absolutely out of thought why some human being likes to perform last minute work. Certainly, it drilled back to the particular Last-Minute-Person, who most probably, person with slugging character, with foresight and happy-go-lucky almost in every area of their life.

Prince: Got Nothing to SAY...
Office politic starts with many negative elements in work place, and certainly, it does not start by itself, human being is always the virus transmitter. How can once deal with office grievances, political affair effectively without being hurt or hurting either party? If you are to lie back, people tend to take advantage, but if you are to stand up, people tend to kill you faster than before. Thus, you tend to fall into the dilemma of political affair.
3 months back, sharing with Uncle William has inflected many changes in him, he desired for changes, to be a better executive. However, incidents occur after one another and affected his approach toward his surrounding. The first incident, he was blamed for not doing a good job, just because he didn’t keep the flags which hung in the campus for the National Day celebration. Apparently, prince was told by his superior to take it down only the day before the second event – Lantern Festival, and was told also that, the message was properly communicated to the principal. Somehow, she still come looking for prince, and blew it out at him. Prince was trying to explain that he was only taking instruction, but was then reprimanded for drawing ‘the line’ (responsibilities) too clear. He was told, ‘This is team work!’ He has no choice but to swollen the anger…
Prince started to be skeptical of what others say, and always think twice before execution. He wants to make delegation transparent and properly communicated. However, he was blamed for drawing the line too clear, and those who deems it so, has never tried to understand the situation.
Second incident is related to Prom night event which has received a heavy critic, and principal was jumping up and down, complaining to Uncle William. The day after the meeting, she chased superior for committee lists, and he scribbled on a piece of paper and handed to prince before he left office. He told prince to type it and gave principal tomorrow morning. Prince knew it was going to be rejected and told his superior. Somehow it was rejected, and prince has to do all over again for him. The principal tried to blame prince’s ignorance, but he stopped her by telling her that he only follows superior’s instruction. That again, gives her an impression that prince is drawing the line clear!
Third incident, Prince was already skeptical, and very careful of what he does, and he always makes sure every party is properly updated. Open day was around the corner, and prince in charge of mass mailing while the other in charge of opening flyers and promotion items. The letter of sent on Wednesday, and was properly communicated to superior. On Thursday, he made up his mind to delay a week for open day, and did not tell Prince. Prince wasn’t in the loop, and only gets to know this on next Monday. When he brought this up to his principal, again, he was blame for not communicating with superior, and that drawing the line too clear.
Prince was blurred because he did not know why he was blame for not communicating with superior, as he had made sure everything was properly communicated. He was in a blank until he found out that his superior, had actually replied the top management that he was not aware of it. Prince felt disappointed as he had tried hard to make sure he fulfils his responsibility but somehow, one statement can turn everything upside down.

The latter has shown your own carelessness, but the previous has pushed the blame indirectly to others. Prince: What is Commitment Actually!
What is commitment? And how much commitment is consider enough for employers? Working non-stop for so many weeks, but sometimes, was deemed as the so committed to a company, is really a pain in the neck! Perhaps, working non-stop without a single nag? But who on earth can stand such a long hours working without nag, the psychological effect will be even greater if that so. Certainly, government or employers do not want to see criminal running everywhere, then they must find way for employees to release their stress and pressure…make sure you release it well though, or otherwise, either you blow yourself up or you blow it out at someone else around you..
Prince: Marketing is About Number..!
Prince told his superior that eventually number will count, because this is all about marketing. Somehow, it was proven today in the meeting, that even though they have unanimously agreed previously that ‘leaving an impression’ is most important for the business. They have eventually asked for the numbers, and now, his department feels over-whelming pressure to hit the target. You must always remember that the word ‘target’ is very crucial for marketing, because this is all they want to see…
Prince: The Fighter in the Wind...
Finishing two chapters of e-marketing and two chapters of law in one night, is certainly not enjoying at all. The night has called upon prince to bed; however, he tries to finish a movie as a way to release his pressure tonight. After ‘ransacking’ the whole living room, he found a DVD titled-‘Fighter in the wind’, it is a Korean Movie. He soon learned about the story of a man, dreamed to be a pilot, but somehow walked into a deception, and was humiliated. The man later met his master but in the later part, was killed by gangster. The man chanted a word, power without justice is violence, and Justice without power is vulnerable. This appears to be true in reality.
He was transformed into a fighter and has won the entire martial art fighters in Japan. His victory was made known to the whole Japan and as a challenge to the top fighter in Japan- the Karate 7 level. This, so called 7 level men, used to humiliate him, beat him up in front of other, and said to him that a man who turned his back to sword was considered as dishonest and dishonest man was not allow learning martial art. The Korean finally approached the last mountain, as he described to him in the last fight, he broke his leg and received respect from the ground. He stopped his fist in front of his face, leaving him alive.
This can be explained in two ways; if you were to view it negatively, he allowed him to leave so that he can taste the bitterness of a lost, but if you were to view it positively, he is a person adhering to the martial moral, which means respect comes first. No man life should be taken alive in a defeat.
Prince still remembers he was taught about martial moral before he is able to start learning martial art. People respect him neither because he is good in martial art nor fighting, but the moral and ethical value he upholds since young.

Prince: No Comfort Needed...
He doesn’t like comfort from people, as he feels good at the moment. He knows he does nothing wrong thus he has no excuses to feel bad. He had received a lot of nice words, but he doesn’t like it. Some bad one, describe him as cruel although it is right to do so. The least they think it is right… No matter how much he loves her, a black and white will never be the same…He watched a movie last night, and a statement was made, ‘there, a devil in one character, will not compromise with an angel in another character, unless the devil decided to transform…’
Prince: Hero creates or being Created...?
Prince has learned about a philosophy in age 17, which was 8 years ago. This has helped to shape his mental a little, developing certain part of how he perceives the world, and what he shall be doing in life.
His master pointed out a statement, during the ancient war time; those philosophers like to leave matter to fate, and such they always believe that the trend of the time will lead to the rise of a hero, to save the kingdom. This belief has been carried down until now, and believes it or not, that human has misused it.
The trend of the time creates a hero, it is like something bad has occurred or going to occur, then superman flies down to save the world. The situation creates an opportunity for superman to come into reality.
His master asked, can hero creates a situation?
Yes, of course, because this is the only way to branch out from the traditional wisdom.

When you live with world of relax now, and then prince must wish you good luck, because your future is undetermined. You are succumbing to the traditional wisdom of waiting for the trend of time to come, and so believe you may be the hero to be created? It is such a lame belief.

Prince: Distributing Flyers...
Prince arrived early today; he had a good sleep last night, but over slept because he planned to wake up early so that he can do his revision. Last night, he spent sometime packing up stuff for princess, oops… it suddenly struck his mind, and ‘she isn’t my wife anymore, how sad could it be?’ he asked himself. He carried the package with some weigh, planned to courier it today. After he had settled down in office, he got a call from Kevin. Principal asked them both to distribute flyers to Condominium nearby campus. Each one of them was given one Indonesian maid to help up.
As far as prince concern, Condominium doesn’t allow flyer distribution, and if you were caught, they have to right to ask you to leave. Moreover, it can inflict physical harm, if the guard was to beat you. The reason is, you went in surreptitiously, hiding your flyers, and they thought you are picking you children. This is equivalent to ‘trespassing’. ‘Well, you have nothing but to admit that, you have to do what the boss asked you to do, even if they want you to kill, is that right?’, he asked himself…

Prince: Tell me about your Wisdom...
How would you describe your wisdom to other?
None of them is able to describe to you their own wisdom because none of the human being knows how smart they are. Wisdom is something, automatically reflects from your personality, action, behavioral attitude & character, and lastly, your perception on matter surrounded you. No one is able to tell other the degree of wisdom as they has entitled to.
Wisdom is about how you see thing negatively, or positively.
Wisdom is about your psychological reaction to negative, and how you turn it into positive.
Wisdom is about optimistic over rule pessimistic.
Wisdom is about the mixture of flexibility & rigid.
Wisdom is not about moral but it is about application.
Wisdom is about how you set your accessible principle before you enforce them.
Wisdom is about making an effort to understand other.
Wisdom is when you know you are angry, and you want to turn it into happiness.
Wisdom is about controlling your temper and only release at the right time at the right degree.
Wisdom is about how to take other advice and view in other shoe.
Wisdom is about absorbing the right teaching

They consider it as entertainment or entertaining, and it has become a fact. Can prince despise clubbing, drinking and smoking? How would you use your wisdom to perceive this, as without element of craftiness, lies and other which against moral value? The fact that all the above activities are against moral value, Is it? Perhaps it may not so against the natural way of living from the outcome of transformation. Nothing is against the moral value as long as you do not pose harm to other living creatures or the society; some people may comment “over-drinking” may create harm, unless you let your will to perform the unnecessary. How many human beings beat their wife and blame liquor? Prince believes it is almost less than a % as compare to the number of drinkers? Last but not least, wisdom is about will not stubbornness.

Prince: House-Cleaning...
Multi-tasking is always part of prince’s work, and for the benefit of his career pathway, he has to make sure that he can accept the fact that multi-tasking provides an opportunity to learn. Today, he received an instruction to help a new teacher to clean up the classroom (Nursery 1). Principal, New teacher- Miss Leong, and together with another two corporate executives, and prince, they have to shift all the bookshelves, using ‘zip’ to rub off the stain on the table and shelves. Amidst of clean-up, three parents walked in for enquiry, and prince was on duty that day. He put his socks on, and took his shoe; rushing down to meet the three parents will ‘zip’ smell on his body…… that is multi-tasking…
Prince: FOlding FLyers...
Reaching 5.30pm, and prince would like to head back to his own sweet home, but was then called down to office. Upon arriving the office, he can see Fern, Fion and Kevin, were basically sitting there, folding up the open day flyers. Somehow, he knew what he had to do then- folding flyers so that it can be distributed tomorrow! There were 5 thousand copies, and they were able to get it done at 7.00pm. They enjoyed chatting, and joking, the whole process was tiring but interesting… ‘What an experience’, prince said to himself…

Prince:Personality Transform....
Your mentality will affect your personality as well as your perception on your surrounding. The explanation involves the process of transformation which one must be determined enough to take the challenge of changes. The very first stage involves the setting of direction, which encompasses of your overall expectation of what you want to be in future, and the expectation also involves how you expect other to perceive you- the first and lasting impression in their perception.
This type of perception should not only last for few minutes before you talk (that’s the reason why your mentality is so important to determine your overall character from inside out). The next step involves action which encompasses a few areas, such as observation, where you must be very observant of your own gestures which include your overall presentation in front of others. Apart from that, you must be able to design your own body language and gesture which impress your surrounding, and lead them to look-up on you. Very often, one is only able to change the outlook, because this appears to be the easier task of overall changing process. The most difficult part, lays on the mentality, which determine one’s behavioral attitude. This is also the real child inside of everyone inner world.
Of course, you may ask about the mentality transformation, in layman term, it is about the change of your thought. It is not tough but it is not easy as well. However, if you can get through this for a period of time, then nothing is impossible in your changing process. Let’s try it in prince’ way, with little effort from your part, to check if you are determine enough. The mental change does not come in an easy way, but a great determination. It must have a starting point, so the starting point is, if you are able and time allows, trying to spend one or two hours a day reading some books. This type of perception should not only last for few minutes before you talk (that’s the reason why your mentality is so important to determine your overall character from inside out). Prince: It doesn't matter to live Poor...
Quoted and as translated from a Chinese movie, “It doesn’t matter if you live poor, as long as you do not cause harm to other human being then you are a strong and well-disciplined man”. In whatsoever situation, as long as you do not cause harm to other, whatever you do is considered a well deed. Certainly, one may ask, “what about scolding other people?” it may not cause physical harm to other but it results the psychological pain on others. It is still a harm created by you even if you may have apologize aftermath.
As translated from a Chinese proverb, “one must not afraid of the sound of door knocking at night”, this explain that if you do not perform any matter that causes you the feeling of guilty conscience, then you must not afraid of being judge upon. This is a very important proverb which inheres in prince’s principles. In whatever situation, you must ensure your play your responsibility well, then no one is able to shaken your position.

Talking about leave application again, it was sent back to my superior, as according to her, she doesn’t want to sign unless he signs it first, in this case, if anything happen, my superior will be responsible, and keeps her our of responsibilities. This is completely non-sense, as if trying to play ‘Tai-Chi’, no doubt, ‘Tai-Chi’ is one of the self-defense strategy, but too irresponsible to practice. ..
Prince: My Leave....!
How long is it going to take her to approve my leave? I believe she still can’t get through her own barrier to give me an approval, since she wants to see everyone working every day without rest. The old paradigm employers always want their employee to work 24 hours a day non-stop, only then they feel worth to pay them, even the pay is only as little as merely enough to survive. Deprivation should not have occurred here, but if it is, then prince has to go all the way up to fight against it…think about what will you do if you are in his position…?

Prince: Multi-tasking..Hanging Wind Fan...
Today, principal ‘acknowledged’ prince that; one line of the’ wind fan’ had fallen apart. She wanted prince to tie it back, and of course, it is not an easy task, because you have to untie the bottom part, and then bring the whole ‘wind fan’ up to first floor and throw it down after you tie the knob. Only then you are able to tie on the other end down stair. Wearing long sleeves with corporate look, performing such an incredible task has made prince sweat like showering! It released the sour smell…’hope no one smell my sweat’, he said to himself…

Prince:Mistake..? realise?
Human being just don’t have to gut to admit and change, even if they have the gut to admit, but the may not have the push to change. They make empty promises, but somehow, better than those who don’t even realize their own mistake, and keep making it again and again…This is the first time he met this type of human being, who always believe that they are right…and wants other to feel pity for them… They want to turn their position as predator into victim, and so to destroy the ‘real’ victim in the process, or oppress the ‘real’ victim to make a wrong move…

Prince: Multi-tasking...an excuse or an opportunity..?
What is it about multi-tasking in company? In the eye of employers, multi-tasking is one of the best cost-cutting-strategy. Employers expect employee to be able to do multi-task, so as to reduce the hierarchies in a company. While, in the eye of employees, very often, it is merely a deprivation of employees’ right because multi-tasking lead to variation in responsibility, including cleaning washroom, sweeping floor and cleaning dishes on day to day basis! However, employees must admit that multi-tasking provides an opportunity to learn, it is a learning opportunity where you are able to get hands on vary facet of the company activities. Unfortunately, employers tend to take for granted, and delegate frivolous responsibilities just for the sake of getting-thing-done-fast. Employees may have doubt, as when is the end of multi-tasking career in their career pathway? Is it when you are at the top management? Being promoted to a manager, would lead to the end of multi-tasking element in career? Or you still have to clean dishes every day at a manager level, for the sake of so called multi-tasking?

Prince: Smoking..Drinking.....
Drinking can be bad, and smoking can a grief in future. No wonder government is willing to spend million of dollars to educate the smokers about the seriousness of smoking, as well as the disease it will bring. However, it is paradoxical that the government still allow the cigarette company to run their operation as if their home, while, on the other hand increasing tax with a lame excuse to reduce the number of smokers in the country! Anyway, let’s forget about the cigarette company, but to focus on what prince got to say about his process of giving up so many things.
Prince has tried hard to give up smoking for the past 1 year, and it is a call for achievement while he is able to stop smoking at home. Prince smokes in a few occasions since last year, and certainly it takes time to get rid of one habit. He still remembers that he used to smoke in office, in the car, at home, clubbing and mamaking! He also realized that he has to make a big sacrifice if he were to cut it down straight, moreover he is working in PR line, and entertaining client is a need for him.
One and half year ago, prince used to start his day with one cigarette, and jumping into the car while driving to office, he will certainly light another one or two cigarettes! It already took three in the morning, and was then working in office, he will take another one or two before lunch and that makes it five cigarettes.
During lunch time, he will take another one or two, and in the tea break time another one or two, which total up of nine cigarettes. Times to go back, and as soon as he jumped into his car, he will light another one and another one cigarettes while stuck in the jam. He found it pleasing and enjoying! During dinner time, he will take another one or two (usually he takes two at dinner time, only god knows why!). That makes it a number of 13 cigarettes. At home when doing nothing, or doing his revision, he will certainly take a few more cigarettes, depending on the duration of his study. That is how prince makes it to one box per day previously!
Finally, prince decided to cut down, because one box of cigarette cost $6, and 30 boxes will cost you another $180, which means, an amount that almost able to save a family in starvation for a few months in Africa! Prince think deeply, and he feels more worth to put the money into investment link or saving, rather than smoking which create no good at all! Prince started his plan to cut down his habit…
Firstly, he stops smoking in his car, as he is doing it for the past one year, confining himself into a smaller and smaller environment of smoking. Now his car smells better compare to last time.
Secondly, he stops smoking in office! Even lunch and dinner! Meanwhile, he cut down his lunch appointment because he knows that if his contacts are mostly smokers.
Thirdly, he stops smoking at home, and his room certainly smells even better now. Prince has a good appetite for the past 2 weeks, and god knows why, because he is trying to find something to fill up his mouth. It is not about smoking now but his appetite is getting stronger, and he still remember from the last time he cut down smoking, he is gaining 1 to 2 kg weigh, however, he managed to control his weigh with optimum work out of his own.
Fourthly, He plans to cut down clubbing though he knows that his circles of friends are mostly clubber. The reason is because clubbing can lead to smoking (first hand and second hand!). Moreover, clubbing can be a waste of money and time unless once in a blue moon, or once in a few month perhaps, and only for special occasion!
Fifthly, is the most difficult for the moment, this is the last stage of his curing and certainly he want to make it an achievement. He manages to cut down the number of time going out mamaking similarly to clubbing.
Last but not least, prince wonder how he deviated from his normal living since a few years back, and in fact, he can drill into his own interest of sporting, reading and writing again, while, sipping coffee in coffee bean and enjoying his book, is a pleasure of life. Once in a while, sitting in wine house, tasting the fine wine is another way of life, together with cigar! Prince is missing his old time……

Sapel is from Iraq, everyone seems to like him a lot because he is cute. We somehow trying to teach him some simply language so that he can communicate with us and his fellow peers. He tends to open his hand wide whenever i walked in because he knows i will carry him around.....

Ivan, I still remember he cried for the first day, and his motehr has to stay with him for the whole day, and when his dad came, his mother somehow cried together with him...probably she can afford to see Ivan cried. But after the first day, to our surprise, he is an active boy, running around with shunning away from people....he is cute...

Nicole is a bit moody, she tends to ignore me and other children when she feels sleepy, and she will throw tantrum, but she likes to see fish, that's how i persuade her each time...her sensitive period has just started, and she absorbed knowledge very fast.....

Adam is one of hte most active boy in the room, he has always run around, I still remember the first time i walk into the room and i play with other children. He walked to me and said, "I don't like you", theni pat his head, asking him why you don't like me, He just kept saying " I dont like you". after a while, i think of myself, perhaps, i have been neglecting him, and next time i made sure i pay as much attention to him as compare to others, to my amaze, the second time i walked in, he told me , "I like you".....This is how wonderful kid is...
