Prince has made a wrong assumption due to a few series of even happening around lately, at which he should have realized the underlying fact about the incident, and that he should have stood on his neutral ground to take into consideration of other factors.
Sometimes, when event is occurring in your life once, may give have given you the wrong idea of what has happened, and when it happens twice, it gives you another emphasize effect of what has happen and what you have assumed earlier on, which strengthen your belief.
This, sometime, may be wrong, the wrong-doer, may be another party who did not convey the right message across to the other. For example, when A told B to do something on behalf on C, B may have doubt of what C may have in mind, B may assume this is what C needs in the process, further at this junction, if C makes another move which may create an emphasized effect on what B has assumed initially, will eventually strengthen the assumption of what C has in mind.
It may be too naïve to believe only in A, without finding the fact, as if what A wants B to do for C is what C want. At this junction, when looking back and evaluate, 2 mistakes have been committed, firstly, A may have a miscommunication with C which lead to another misunderstanding, secondly, B assumes C needs ‘what to be done’. The emphasized effect comes in, if C unintentionally mentions to B something that may have related to what need to be done, and then it will strengthen B perception of what should be done or what C wants.

Prince: Decision is made to follow! its like promise!

Human being should just make up their mind without hesitation, and do not shrink away from what they have decided. This is certainly affecting your credibility, especially on the promise you have made to other.
Prince recalls the event, and think, if Mr. Big Brother tell her frankly that he can’t make it for the drink, then prince will not have promise to pick him up, and if so, then prince will not be going out though.
Prince first option is not going; prince’s reason of going out comes into consideration of Big Brother, and second reason of ‘entertaining’. If the first reason was not fulfill, then prince will just dump the idea and stood on his ground without mercy for sure. However, human being sometimes, being to kind to friends, thus, the first idea was fulfilled because Big Brother has promised, then it won’t be nice if prince left his friend stranded, furthermore, Sim has literally voiced out his inconvenient to pick up Big Brother at that time, so he promised to go for a drink. After prince had promised, prince knew he can not break his promise, no matter how, even Big Brother broke it. Prince has no excuses to turn it down, if he has, he would not have made the promise at the first place. If prince turned it down literally after knowing Big Brother doesn’t need transport anymore, then, even with explanation to Fion and friends, their heart will still be broken, and your credibility will still be affected.
Prince learns, one decision can affect so many people in the process, and it has the causation effect, more importantly, it shows that human being is link with each other in a circle that it has become a reality! That each can influence others in the circle, and affect them as a whole, however, prince wasn’t affected because he knows his stand, no is no, and yes is yes, if he already says yes, then it must keep it Yes until the end.
In fact, prince could have kept the NO until the end without taking into consideration of others feeling, but prince can’t uphold his own stand until it jeopardizes other feeling in the process, it will make you look merciless and stubborn because it is your friend who needs transportation to meet the others friends which he had promised to do so. But what prince can do now is to share with them that, decision must be made and follow sometimes, and must voice out the bottom of your heart and don’t shrink at the middle of the way. Or else, your credibility is shaken!

Prince: Event teaches you the right thought..
After come back from a tiring day on 22 August, prince finally able to take a nap before he started to do his Law assignment, this assignment had given him much headache as to think of how to place the argument correctly, and without flaw. Somehow, he did not get a good rest due to the hot weather, which has made his room another sauna.
When he was about to laid down, he received a message from Fion, his colleague, inviting him out for a drink together with another 2 colleagues of him. Frankly, prince was a bit frustrated because he was trying to sleep, and after he received the message for second time, he replied, “Call Big Brother & Simmy Boy”. Finally, prince thought he can have a good sleep after all, who knows the weather was really damn hot, that he had to wake up and took a shower.
After he switched on his laptop, thinking of how to structure his assignment, he received another message from her, and prince, still stand to his ground of not going out, however, the third message, plus a call from Siew Ci, asking Prince to pick up Mr. Big Brother. Prince kindly turned it down by asking Sim to pick him up instead, but Simmy told them that he will join late, and prince finally has not way to turn it down, and he pondered, ‘since they came down twice from Seri Kembangan to have drink with prince, big brother and Simmy, this time perhaps, we must show our courtesy to go down’.
As far as prince concern, he realized that this is part of give and take, even though he really doesn’t feel like going out due to his assignment. To make it work both ways, prince suggested making it a bit later, and picking up Big Brother. But 2 minutes after Big Brother agreed on the phone with Fion to join in, he called prince to turn it down! Furthermore, Simmy, stood on the time, and apparently claimed to join later, but at the end he is not joining as well.
Prince was in a very difficult position to make a move, he can not turn it down because if he could, then he should not have offered to pick up Big Brother, without forgetting the fact that, he thought, of going out because he has to pick up Big brother, who has no choice of transport. He doesn’t have the heart of going out though. Now, what prince learns here…?

Prince: Don't look only at Surface..
Of course, this article is an outcome of discussion with Mr. Big Brother, who doesn’t believe in love, he, who believes materialistic is the only element used to gain trust and attention from female. Nothing is perfect in this world, certainly, nothing is impossible in this world, and thus nothing is fixed to your thought.
Not all female are materialistic. You can not find a basket of apple to be all fresh, and similar in size though. It is what you want in life that determines what you get. If you prefer girl with materialistic, certainly, you will set your eyes on those, only materialistic girl. Some human being likes branded stuffs; certainly, those non-branded stuff will not even catch their eyes, thus they simply arrived at an assumption that only branded stuff is durable.
If you only like those girls who set their eye on money and material, certainly, after failing in relationship a few times; you would assume all girls look similar, unless, you have self-realization, which you always retrospect on your mistake, and improve over time.
Sometimes, one has to be sensitive over what other say about you, either good or bad, because it can help you to change to a better person in life. If you are man chauvinist, then you must change your attitude toward becoming an understanding man.
Usually, when one makes a mistake, they tend to commit similar mistake again and again, some man only like sexy and hot lady, and they screw up most often because, they just simply don’t match with each other. Sometime, they may feel jealous to see other guys who are able to snare hot and sexy lady, then they tend to make assumption that only money can help them win girl because they found out that guys who get hot and sexy lady are rich!

Prince: Celebration & Burglary
Unlucky day today, prince’s house was broken in today, and he lost a laptop and one hand phone, the total cost amount to more than RM 3,000. Prince was informed about the burglary when he was on his way to Teluk Gong, Klang around 6pm, to celebrate his CEO’s birthday. He knew that there was nothing he can do, even if he shouted around, furious or feeling depress, his laptop will not come back again; thus, he spent his night with the group of colleague, together celebrating Uncle William’s birthday. He tried to forget about the matter, and only thought about it when he arrived home.
Prince: Sub Principle and Choices
Sub-principle is more appropriate to uphold hen living in the current society, no one is to blame for hypocrite, but to ensure a better living in life, sometimes, sub principle becomes important in life. Human being can still gain respect by setting a different set of principles, certainly, it is obvious that different human being arrives at a different set of principles, and further, it depends on how oneself to uphold their stands, sometimes it may arrive at such a point that other would rather consider it as stubborn.
One must believe that life is always about making choices, and making choices is about sacrificing what you think is not important, at which has a direct or indirect effect to your future. Sometimes, it would be better to use cost and benefits to analysis the choices in hand. Put it in layman term, it is like choosing to be a millionaires or a monk? But the question is always, how to be a millionaire but also a monk at the same time, or a monk but also millionaires. This is to assume that a millionaire is a rich person with no principle at all, while a monk is a poor fellow with high respect & principle.
Arriving at the conclusion, human being always tries to balance their life, to achieve the greatest balance of all. That is when sub principle comes in, nothing as hypocrite or non-hypocrite, but this has become a necessity. Sub principle helps to confine them from making mistake, and most importantly, to foster self-realization. Being kind is also part of principle as per say, but how kind can you be and how far can you go in life? Being refraining yourself from smoking and drinking totally is not impossible, but it depends on the environment and your direction. It would seem difficulty for those in entertainment line, perhaps, or Public Relations Line. But it is certainly possible for those who prefer a stable and quiet life for the rest of their life.
Meanwhile, sub principles also depend on the wisdom of one particular person, as to which part of the moral value they would emphasize the most. Some human being hates cheating; some may be careless about it, and some human being receptive to drinking and smoking but hates prostitution. For those who have a special preference, certainly, first, due to their personal experience and background which affected their choices? Secondly, it’s the environment that confines them to such an act, as to adapt to the environment.
Human being is given the wisdom of solving problem; sometimes being over use / misuse in the process that you may consider it as a hypocritical move. The question is always, are you the hypocritical types or you are not? A scenario was always made to many learners, when a 10 millions contract was put in front of you, and the only request from your client is to drink in the pub, while your principle is not to drink. Will you do the necessary action? Even one sip will allow you to earn a millions. Certainly, do not forget the fact that there’s no trick and treat in the principle, because that’s the ultimate goal of becoming a man with principles, without sub principles to bound you.
Certainly, this has become a difficult options for learners, perhaps, only 1 out of 100 would rather stick to their own principle of not even stepping into the worlds of liquor, some would like to play smart, while drinking only water, but entertaining their client still. Some may only wish to drink a glass of two. Many answer for above question, but obviously, the first one received the greatest respect however he has chosen a life of norm, without being affected by material value.

Prince: Simplicity
The rules of simplicity does not always apply in our daily routine, and in some theoretical perspective, simplicity does not command respect at all. Human being misuse simplicity for an instant outcome but forgone many possible sequelae. Of course, one must believe that no pain no gain, as nothing should arrive easy in the current century. It is still difficult to impart the ‘value of effort’ in the process of living especially in childhood education, as prince has been through.
There are many options in life, some may appear to be lengthy and complicated but some may appear to be simple and easy, however, one must not forgone the indirect consequence of the aftermath. Similarly, nurturing children of yours, should not always expect an easy outcome, which may create an indirect impact to your children in future.
Many Asian parents prefer to use forces or enforcement in the process of nurturing their children, forces consist of beating, scolding, reprimanding, nagging and other physical abuse or mental threatening to arrive to an outcome that, apparently satisfy them for the moment, though, they may claim to show love to their children in the process.
All the above nurturing skills which impart to them since young, or through the experience they were brought up before, may not necessarily meet the corrective requirement. However, it is hard to voice for changes in them.
Many parents claim that they beat their children because they love their children, and that they show them love after ward, it may be too naïve to compare to a situation whereby someone slap you hard enough and apologies to you later. You may have forgiven them but the psychological impact will always remain, and it may be worse enough to create a nightmare.
Sometimes, nurturing children have to take into consideration of the psychological element of the children; parenting is talking about nurturing the inner personality of a child, from a zero based where the personality of a child is shaped.
If you scold your children, and show your love later, it can not cure the psychological impact which you have created at the first place. There are many way to teach a child to change but the process is lengthy of course, and complicated which requires parent to learn and apply. Some parents may have too lazy to learn, and impatience always becomes the major hindrance to them.
If a child commits a mistake, it takes you one second to vent out your anger, and it may not stop them from committing the same mistake again, what a parent should do is not only to teach the children the appropriate measure to prevent mistake, but also to rectify the mistake by their own self.
One must also believe that human being commits mistake, especially children, because they are too vulnerable to the environment. If enforcement can help to solve the problem, then how much enforcement is needed?

Human being walks though the path before a lane is made, and when a lane is made only the road is created. The reality is created by the society of mix behaviors, and it is our responsibility to rectify the reality so that it is congruent. No one should always obey to reality if it is already deviated to the wrong path.
Nothing arrives without effort, though, the fact that one always prefer the simple and easy way, but to consider the lengthy way may sometimes appears to be more appropriate.
Throw away your experience, only then you can arrive at a new conclusion, or perhaps, a new way of life.
Nothing can stop you from doing what you want to do, thus, nothing can stop you from committing the similar mistake again and again, until you are able to be receptive.

Prince: Thought for the day..Principle..
What is a principle after all? Principle is a preventive measure in life, and it teaches your persistency. However, how to arrive at a principle person is always relied on the life that one person live through.
Is a monk a person with strong principle? Yes, of course, a monk uphold their religion principle in such a way that they will not even think about matter that against their own principles, for example, a monk, if forbid from taking meat, will not even think of meat at the first place or offering meat to other while they are not taking it.
A principle should have no trick or treat in the process, if there is any; it should then fall into sub principle. If you have decided not to drink, then you shouldn’t have even step into the world of liquor, this is to uphold your stand.
When you set your principle in life, you must set it carefully as to gain respect from others, for example, not to cheat in exam, then you must not give excuse to cheat in exam by saying everybody is cheating or you allow other to cheat but you are not cheating. Hopefully, it provides some clarification about principles.

When you set your principle in life, you must set it carefully as to gain respect from others, for example, not to cheat in exam, then you must not give excuse to cheat in exam by saying everybody is cheating or you allow other to cheat but you are not cheating. Hopefully, it provides some clarification about principles.

No one can pass the ‘wrong doing’ to others in the process of transmitting the guilt to other party. No guilty should pass to others; no wrong-doing should be encouraged.

A mastermind behind a conspiracy is always a person who upholds their own principle in the society to cover their own wrong-doing. They support, direct, control, encourage but yet, they do not involve, this is the trick.

Prince: Emulate & example...is Self-Defeating theory..
Being a bread winner for a family, it is very important to understand the expenses of one family itself, especially when only one source of income is available in a family, and merely enough for the family to survive.
Human being can not merely refer to the past-life example of which they tend to emulate, sometimes; it may not necessarily be the same case. Prince’s family used to earn RM 2000 – RM3000 a month but the situation has no different than a poor family, due to the expense for which a family needs to survive.
His parent supported 3 siblings at which prince was the eldest, and now doing his MBA. The family has no extra saving, and have to source for money when crisis hit in the family, but today, prince still alive and kicking. Prince ponders, ‘Do I have to emulate my family?’ the answer is always NO, not that his family can do it, and prince has to do it as well; he would rather make his choice of managing a family instead of running it.
Some family may have earned less than RM 1000 but able to up bring their children, they have been through a life that, probably, many others who earn more than RM 1000 have or have not been through. For example, for prince, his family would have earn RM 3000 a month to support 3 children, but to compare to the RM 1000 income family, they have no different. Prince realizes the nature of it, because prince judges at his own family living styles, every lunch and dinner, his mother will prepare dishes which have meat, fish and soup, further, judging at his brother’s body size, can assume that he eats a lot. These, all can help to conclude if a family earns better can lead a better life, or at the similar pace of a RM 1000 income family.
A family can earn a few hundred a month but still alive and kicking until now, probably, they lead a prudent, thrifty and simple life, eat vegetable, and take meat once a while, cook only merely enough for all family members without wasting any food, and not affected by temptation and material in life, then a few hundred per month can certainly help you to lead through your life, meanwhile, assisted by the family background, for example, did the ancestor inherit anything for the family that they can use to sustain they current living, for example, an estate or an old house which they can sell off for money? Under this type of family circumstance, moral value is very important, and further, a small amount of money can help to sustain the family for a very long period due to the prudence value.
In conclusion, it drilled down to the sacrifices and choices that one human being has to make, but certainly, not to follow the pace of others. Rationality is important, and a good management is as vital too. Sometimes, what we think it is may not construct what it is…

Prince: Experience & Change equal to conflict!
A human being with 20 year experienced, learns his lesson through hard knock university, and encounters a problem. He consults a professional young executive for a solution, and he was given Solution B, meanwhile, he also comes out with his own solution which is Solution A.
In the process, he finds himself difficult to accept solution B because based on his own experience, thinking that solution A is the best way because he has used to apply that solution in use before. The young executive thinks through, and said, ‘You are bound by your own knowledge barrier, this time, it is not because lack of knowledge that stop you from changing, but, instead, though your 20 year times experienced, has made you stagnant to new change.’

Prince: Your B controls D, or D Controls B?
Which type are you? Your brain controls your dick, or your dick controls your brain? This can help to tell if you are mentally strong enough to uphold your stands and principles. Unless you are willing to let it go, but, what’s wrong with letting go part of your life to adapt to the environment. However, you will still gain your respect as long as it was done without tricky or gimmick.
When you stand strong to your principles, it is not the principles that matter, but it was the mental stability and firmness that matters. This is the first stages of shaping your lifestyles, belief and building trust and respect.
It always start with the question, either your brain controls your dick, because if you are mentally firm enough to stand to whatever stand you hold, then you may consider yourself pass the holy test and move on to second stage. Prince: The Solution...?
The transparency in the management becomes important to establish the unity and team work within the management itself. This may be the only solution to the wave of transition, to avoid further turn over, looking at the situation of turn over, employer must sit tight and evaluate the problem, receptivity becomes an important element to changes and continuous improvement, no other solution is applicable, if employers rather believe in their own perspective of self-management skills.
Eventually, the reason for some establish company to conduct exit interview, is to prevent problem lingering in the company so as to identify the reason for high turn over and further rectify the situation. However, company must then adopt the belief that employee is the greatest asset of all.

Prince: Argument makes a difference...
Prince has an argument with princess last night, princess blamed prince for looking at other ladies in the club on Saturday night, while dancing with princess. Simply, princess felt uncomfortably, because prince was staring on other ladies in the club. However, princess may have just too sensitive over the issues, and couldn’t accept the fact that every human being will have the tendency to catch moving items with their eye balls, especially when something interesting triggers their mind, they may observe, staring in one kind, but it doesn’t mean that they will do accordingly. This is a simple theory, whose knows, princess doesn’t seem to understand it, and rather, believe in what she thinks is right to protect her own stand. She forgone rationality and prince has to give way to resolve for a solution. Eventually, prince decided to cut off clubbing, and this is what he has wanted to do initially. But to avoid worry about princess driving late at night, Prince offers to pick and drop her off during clubbing. His stubbornness may have caused a lot of inconvenient in life but he knows this is what he has to do after all. He hopes princess doesn’t feel bad about it, and respect his decision… truly-heartedly…
Prince: Waves of Transition...
On 22 July, prince posted a write-up about what he thought of merging & management from zero, merging is a lengthy process which involves two different choices, either starts everything from the scratch again, or creating synergy within the management. The latter is always involving the stages of trust creation which is always, artificially covers the surface of the political war of transition period.
During the merging process, that major concern is the waves of transition, not just one, but a few transition period that will create a high staff turns over. The transition period, not only involves old staff but also new staff in the process, whereby, synergy clashes between both parties’ interest.
If the transition period begins, it becomes contagious, unless the ‘fundamental problem’ is resolved. The fundamental solution is to ‘neutralize’ the old culture in the management. Synergy will only ‘soften the conflict’ but does not solve it. When transition period begins, it shows that the ‘virus’ has infected the management, and the turn over rate will continue to rise, it is called waves of transition, the duration can be vary from time to time but will not stop. New team comes in, and goes at the end of the day before the objective is attained. This is an unhealthy trend in one company because the trend will go on and on without ending, and affect the morale and productivity of one company.
The management can not avoid the plague of transition if the problem of transition has not resolved at the early stages, or otherwise, when the virus permeated the culture and rooted permanently, it will be difficult, almost impossible to curb anymore.
New team working in the company, will have to prepare for a ‘marathon’, it is, somehow, like running a marathon in a sprint! Those who can’t sustain the marathon will suffer from ‘self-eliminating’ effect, which means they are swamped by the waves of transition.
The indicator of the commencement of transition is when any one of the employees decided to leave, and once he/she left, the rest who can not sustain will follow suit, and that marks the start of the transition wave.
If a company is adopting the attitude of continuous improvement, then there may be a solution to the problem before the virus spreads to others, or otherwise, new and old team will be replaced. Most often, when the wave hits, company will be too vulnerable to curb with the virus, practically in real life management.
