Prince: "Synergy"

There is no way you can accommodate or adapt to a character which you know is wrong, however it is not impossible after all, to accept or adapt to one character. It is also not impossible to synergy the character which needs a lot of give and take. Both ways work through but arrive at a different outcome and consequences, one for long term (synergy) and the other for short term (adaptive). The most difficult part is to make the other party understand of what should be amended, because every human being lives through their age, and it is very difficult, for example, to ask a human who has a bad temper to be patient, because he could have lived with the bad habit for the past 20 years! You are asking him / her to change a 20 years routine, similarly, you are asking for his death…sigh…human character is difficult to understand and change if they are not opening their mind wide enough…
