Prince: Slim DOWn....!

He was perplexed with his increasing weigh, plus his medical report showing his high degree of cholesterol almost hitting the alarming stage. He has no choice but to deign himself a schedule for constant work out.

200 sit-up a days, continue with a 3 km jog plus 1000 times skipping on the rope, with the hope to reduce his weigh; and perhaps build-up his long-lost ‘muscle’!

Quite a sarcastic remarks to his body, but truly as it is, his six pads has become one pad since the past 3 years of busyness in work. He must respect the spirit of ‘unity’ of his ‘muscles’, of course, with dignity, but this is not what he wants in life. A healthy body is always what he dreams of.

Hmm…… the ‘Union’ is to be broken away…:-P
