That's why I spend most of my time sending e-mails & playing games at work

Now that I know what it means ‘Phantom voter’ constantly claimed by those politician in defending their own votes!

I tookthe liberty to check my own status online from SPR, and realize that someone has registered my name on my behalf as a voter!

And, I was designated to somewhere around my areas but I have never been to even though I’ve been staying there for 20 over year!

What the heck!
