Currently, everyone needs to write down on the log book, whenever they print using the office printer. No one knows if this is a right measure but Prince thinks that this is pretty much stupid.
Previously, they implemented a measure where every staff is only allowed to claim their own A4 paper. This is to control the printer and paper usage because the first cartridge only last for one month.
Somehow, after one month (new cartridge), the cartridge is worn off already. From here, they implement the log book system in hope to cut down cost. He was thinking what will be the next step the principal will want to do.
Probably, shift the printer down to administration office where she can watch closely. If the problem continues, then shift the printer back to her house, and bring back the next day morning, again and again, on daily basis. What an irony!
