Prince has a friend who used to tell him that if you need something in life, you will need to work hard for it; you need to make some sacrifice for it. If you are married, you will have to sacrifice spending your time with your family if you are sent outstation for an errand.
Every human-being is expected to work hard for something, you need to work hard to earn your promotion, and you need to work over your scope or Over Time. When the day of your assignment drop at the same day of your girlfriends’ birthday, you will have to miss it, if it drops on the day of your gathering with your friends, you will need to forgone it.
This is just a simple choice, minor sacrifice that you have to make. When competition is even aggressive in workplace, you need to spend even more time in office, fighting to gain recognition.
