How much do you know about children?
Even though prince has already spent one month with children, but he hardly know much about children character. However, he realized that patient and passion of educators are vital in shaping the character of children. Meanwhile, parents play an important role as well; fairness in treating children plays the major roles to avoid sibling rivalries.
Every human being is being nurtured the same way, with love and care and every human being is unique in some way, growing up from early childhood education. Prince realized that every children are born with equal right and playing the equal roles. Children are born sacred, and nurturing is part of the process that adult plays a roles. Every child deserves the equal treatment in education, and the intelligence level is the same.
Through prince observation, if a teacher tells that a child does not know how to write and read, the blame should be on teacher and parent. Why? It is because writing and reading are just a skill that you need to impart in children. Every children should know how to write and read, should be able to comprehend every subject that they learn, the only differences in them is the result. For example, a child should be able to have a grasp of reading and writing, the only differences is how good they can read and write.
Every child should know about moral value, the only different is how they behave later. Every child should know about respect, the only difference is the level of respect they perform in life. This is the fundamental belief that every parents and teacher should adopt in nurturing children.
I would call it the fundamental child concept to make sure the children learns all the basic skills, and later is the Progressive Child concept where you need to continuously enhance the child thinking and make sure they are able to exert their knowledge to develop creativity and innovative. The whole process is called total child concept.
Teachers must be able to understand the fundamental concept in early childhood education, passion and patients are important because teachers need to spend time with children, to ensure the children grab the basic skills from nothing. The progressive child concept shall be a complementary, because nothing much that a teacher push for, except continuously provide additional enhancement program.
For human being, we can teach you how to write alphabetical, but how good you can write alphabetical in term of presentation depend of how much practice you are willing to carry out. You need to remember that all the time, and do not scold, reprimand, curse or punish your children for not performing perfection. No one is born to be a genius; it is about how to train a child to be a genius, yet not every child can be a genius!
