After my decision to join another company, my heart is simply not here anymore. I need to go somewhere, whereby, I can bring significant change to company, and hit my career aspiration. I am more like a problem-solver to many companies, and leave good pace in ach of the company I joined before, even this one. I desperately need to plan and leave my pace in this new company. I can’t tell how long I am going to stay there, but certainly, with my existence, a significant change is necessary.
