Who AM i ar...

Talking about who I am again has led me to a serious ponder. I still remember how innocent and immature I am last time. I was being a passive person, transforming myself into a mature, with a standard and professional gentleman. I have always reminded myself to improve every year; perhaps, this is the kind of mindset that brings me direction in life, at the same time, it results a lost in me.

I still remember I was compliment on my maturity in thinking. A friend of mine describes me as a 24 years old chap with 30 years old thought! That troubles me a lot, because I don’t realize the transformation has taken place, and generate such a major impact on my personality and behavior.

I start to wonder, who I am now, and who I am a few years back, and who I will be a few year down the road. I still remember, I read a lot of psychology book, practicing change in my own life. I still remember I read the back ground and history of our great leaders, and learn how they behave and see things. I adopt the best of each leader, making me a person with multi-facet, who is able to excel, mix within any circle of friends.

I was advised to adopt a more advance thinking in every facet of my life. When I read a book, I was force to ask the question of “How it happens and how they did it”, but now, it has become a norm for me to ask the question instead of being force. I treat the forcing period as my learning process, and it is over.

Many of us actually ask the question of “what happen” when reading the story. To be able to think advance, and better than any other, we need to ask “How it happens”. If a leader successfully implemented certain measure, then, we need to know what kind of behavior he adopts to push for happening.

I still remember I read the story of “Lee Ka Sing” from Hong Kong, the story tells how he becomes rich, but, I was so obsess with the way he see thing and behave. He has his principle of treating his staff. And he has his principles of what can not do and can do! He mentions that one factor that contributes to his success is to treat everyone with sincerity & honesty, and that has become part of me now……
