It is a corporate development committee meeting, and meeting up with his CEO and group founder can’t be any merrier. Apart from serious and official discussion about business expansion, group founder and CEO shared their experience in career development and working attitude that can help to shape our future. Although, Prince found it the sharing filled with arrogant speeches, somehow he felt the trueness in the contents. For a person who is able to make it that far, required persistency and self-determination, this is not easily find in any human being, very often, human being shy from mistake and problem, meanwhile, success usually leads to arrogance, and jeopardizing the whole career development of one person. Prince needs to make sure that he retrospect on his mistake often, if any, and continuous improvement for a betterment.
