Prince lives by Give and take

Prince lives by the rule of ‘give and take’, and he believes human being should try to give before they think of taking. In management, employee can’t go any further without training; training can come in as formal and informal, informally, it refers to informal training such as imparting knowledge through daily routine, it is a day to day process, and if you tend to control and spoon-feed your employee, you are creating a culture of passiveness.

You need to understand the theory of give, give means giving out your authority through delegation, and empower your employees for decision making. Give also means giving out your knowledge to share with them. You take only when they are able to give, and you take the hidden credit- respect and leadership, meanwhile, status can be built through share of credit (outcome).

Individualistic is very important in one company, you can not afford to plan for a project, drilling from up to bottom, judging at the macro and micro perspectives. As a top management, prince believes Macro should be taken up by them, and the micro- the nitty-gritty matter should be given to employees, treating it as a learning process for employee. It help to train their self-initiative ness, empower them and spur their creativity and innovative. However, when employees are indulged too much in work, the culture has been fostered, seems difficult to over turn anymore.
