What is working attitude? Prince seems to have some problem with his assistance, which appears to be very capable in certain areas but also fueling with her weakness, call for an urgent need of self-realization & reformation.
A person who doesn’t even retrospect will never succeed in career, not even in business. Perhaps, with her over whelming self esteem as a successful dancer, has shaped her character in such way, bringing it into her career which appears inapplicable at all.
Sometimes, a great achievement in something may not necessary means you may do well in others. Most importantly, is to balance it, and absorb only the strength, and minimizing your weaknesses, adaptability needs reformation and radical rethinking in term of approach and working attitude.
This has appeared to be the greatest challenge for Prince with little PR experience to train a person to be a professional PR practitioner. Somehow, a lecturer doesn’t need to be the best doctor in the world to train a medical student to excel in his profession. It is all return to the root problem- character and attitude!
