Prince thought of Unique Human Thinking...
Prince was laughing to himself to see how his thought can trigger his assistant and other colleague so much that they can’t even stand along to ponder. Prince’s CEO always mention about ‘Own Knowledge Barrier’ (OKB), but for human thought, is more appropriate to name it ‘Own Thinking Barrier’ (OTB).
Prince believes in natural human behavior without forcing a life to become a life of its own. Sometimes, human being was force to do something they dislike because they don’t have a choice, and it depends on a person tolerance level / level of receptivity that judge from situation to situation.
It was grateful to see the innocence of human being to over-bind by rules, culture, believes, but every human being have to accept it, even prince, himself have to accept the fact that every human being develops their own thought, and perception on certain issues.
For example, if a two billion dollars contract is place in front of you, and client wants to go SPA or Night Club to drink, but somehow, you don’t drink, and you don’t go SPA. Sadly, the two billion contracts may not be yours. This is how life and the society have been structured, and if you don’t do it, other may do it, Perhaps, other human being has a higher level of tolerance / higher level of receptivity.
Prince assistance was emphasizing on the other part of human thought, which appears to be self-centered with little rationality. She was basically pity princess to have someone like prince because of prince philosophy. However, prince swears to god that prince only love princess, the only one in life, and no one can share prince’s love with princess.
Female always has a lower degree of tolerance / lower degree of receptivity, and certainly, different people brought up differently by their parents, and further, being affected by external forces that help to shape their thought especially when they are from different family background.
For example, prince’s sharing with his assistance is merely a sharing session, trying to let her know about prince way of works, somehow, she put in her personal emotional and own thought without putting herself at the neutral party, barely able to understand how the society works. Perhaps, she is too young to understand, but wonders how good her boyfriends can go in the business world without the need to entertain client or going out with friends.
Prince has been trying to place all his thought neutrally without going into the ‘persuasion stage’ because this is merely a sharing session, not suppose to be a ‘thinking development session’. The tolerance level and acceptance level / level of receptivity are different from human to human, for example, some housewife or girlfriends, can not accept their partner goes out drinking, but some is able to accept it, because they believe it is part of a life. However, some may believe the fact that drinking is acceptable, but going to night club is a whole different story. This has shown the uniqueness of human tolerance level.
Sometimes, understandings from both parties are needed, and can not solely bind by their own believe. Rationality plays an important role at this point, every occurrence is the effect, and sometimes you need to zoom down to the causes. The cause is when decision can be made with only little influence from own believes. Before hand, human being has to understand one fact, whereby, thing may not be under your controls, and no way you can run away from that. The example of two billion contracts above, present a good scenario of how the society may work, and you can not require the society to adapt to you (ask client to go somewhere else, and going against client’s will), though, you can, but you may need to sacrifice on your choice. If you go against your client, you will have to forgone your contract, and lead your normal life to uphold your believe, and for those human being around you, perhaps some may support your decision, or they may look down on you, who knows. Meanwhile, if you adapt to it, you got the two billion contracts, with huge amount of commission, living luxurious, and your friends and relatives admires you or perhaps, on the other hand, may be the negative impact, who knows.
Again, it depends on your acceptance level. They also argue that, they feel a guy filthy if they sleep with someone, but will they feel a human being, could be anyone, dirty when they drink (liquor)? It is the same theory though.
Prince advised other to look at one situation objectively, and judge it from its objective, where, it will bring you back to the cause. Only then, you judge the cause as if it was done purposely, or without choices. However, eventually, it still drill back to your acceptance level, but remember, not to despise other believe, because you may need their help when you can not afford to do something which you feel against your own believe, could be low acceptance level….

Prince thought about Elite human...
What is life all about when a 23 year old lady (prince assistance) trying to argument about life. Prince has a different approach to life that no other can understand about. Prince philosophy in life is pretty much simple- ‘Sacrifice’, certainly extend of sacrifice is based on own thought. Prince dreams and chasing after wealth, because he believes that he can help a lot of people especially his relative if he is wealthy, however, wealth as defined by Prince is not simply rich, it is really rich, and in order to help other, you need to be willing to give out.
What prince really find argument childish because of her thought as being rich can lead to many bad consequences, such as divorce, lonely, sad and leading a tough life for being rich. Certainly, through principle of causation, prince can basically establish a cause for these types of mindset, but what make prince feels offensive because she was basically being hindered by her own thought barrier again. She did not try to understand the situation fully, and makes her judgment fast and quick.
Prince realizes these are the flaws of being rich, and have study thoroughly that why rich people can be so stingy, lonely, leading to divorce cases, and eventually give people a thought of tough to live through richness.
Prince does not really like to give a thorough theoretical explanation because it will take the whole day writing, however, Prince will give some scenario and example, Have you seen any rich people around you? And if you have, let’s say your uncle or any relatives, how much do they donate to charity every year and guess the percentage of money donated as compare to their wealth. This will help you to realize why some people say, rich equals to stingy.
Meanwhile, if you really looking at what they own, car, mansion, and many others, then, comparing them with their relatives, friends and others, it helps you to evaluate how lonely they are, and what is the level of give and take they can embrace.
Eventually, looking at the type of life they leads as a couple-Husband and wife, is the wife sticky and selfish? Meanwhile, is the husband a play boy and untrustworthy? Do they really love each other? Entertainment is part of the business life, and no one can run away from that, but how you manage your entertainment is very important because if you go above the borders, may breach the tolerance level of the others parties, who can be your friends, wife especially and relatives. This is when all the divorce cases and disaster kick starts. But bear in mind that every human being has each own level of tolerance, and thus, you can not justify an issue base on your own tolerance level (this is what has happen in argument, thus making them feel sad for princess in future!)
It is important for people who chase after richness to understand the above, thus, help you to uphold your integrity and believe. For prince, sacrifice is part of his life, and prince is willing to sacrifice his own time to make other a better life, just like how much prince trying to impart his knowledge to his assistant, but wasn’t taken seriously eventually due to her own knowledge and thought barrier.
How you think show how elite you are in life, every human being command the common mistake, at which they think, see and hear only the surface. For example, they look a one incident that causes many deaths as a teaching; instead the incident should teach you or brighten you that death is really part of living.

Statement A: - “The death of people tells us the power of nature, and death is part of the nature, hiding in our living process, no one can run away from it”
Statement B: - “The death of people tells us to appreciate every moment you have, till your death”

Prince thought of Life & deaTh...
Prince had an argument with his assistant today about life & death. Life and death for prince are part of our living process. No one can run away from it, what can be kept is only memory. In fact, prince is trying to send a message of ‘general mindset’ to her, but she can’t seem to think through, stop by her own thought barrier.
People feels something for death, there’s no wrong to feel it, but human being have to understand that death is part of the living, and must not be haunted by death. For example, the Tsunami occurrence struck the world with more than 100 thousand death. What we can learn from the incident is to appreciate the moment because lives were taken just in a second. Prince’s assistant was emphasizing on the ‘appreciating the moment’ statement, meanwhile, prince himself, is emphasizing on ‘Death is a natural cause’. Both can’t seem to click since prince started to send the message, but receiver seems not to understand but shot back her own statement!
She has a mindset of prince not appreciating the moment, but she is so wrong for others. For prince, every human being should appreciate the moment, and they are appreciating it when they are carrying your life. Thus, any occurrence or disaster should be viewed naturally, and that, death is part of life and inevitable.
Human beings, who are appreciating every moment of their life, will still grieve over the death of other for the rest of their life, but WHY, because they do not know how to view life and death as part of the natural.
Thus, her statement makes no different to prince, instead, prince will regard her innocent and bound by her own thought. In the name of god, people makes mistake, and to keep their devotees from deviating. Prince must say, the society has fallen into sickness with people making use of religion for other purposes.
How others religion contradict each other in society makes a different to a family, because different believe, leads to many argument unless religion impart the moral value of give and take. Very often, religion imparts a strong believe as protestant, strongly uphold their own believe which has become rigid in process, and jeopardizing other freedom and thought.
Prince comes to know about a center in Malaysia, with objective to help the society, especially children from broken family. The center is operating with belief in god, in the name of god, they literally claims to help those in needs, and instead, creating disaster to a broken family.
For example:-
John – The father
Linda – The mother
Michael – The son
John and Linda have divorced long ago, and Michael grows his hatred to a broken family. He run out of his house and join a center, which literally claims to help those in needs. Even though, Linda and John have divorced long time, but they both now has a good life, and more happier than being together, John and Linda still love Michael very much, however, Michael feels that he received no perfect love from a broken family, and want to force their parents together again.
Michael was then left the family, and seldom comes back. He joins the center in helping other broken family. However, Michael has to realize that he can not help other if he can’t even accept the fact that John and Linda have divorced.
Michael was taught about the center’s believe, he was told to believe in god, and god will help him. The operator literally asks him not to return home, and stay with god, and in the name of god to help those in needs. Michael does not realize that how much his parent loves him, and want him to go back, but Michael was too adamant to receive advice, and found it annoyance. He hurt his parent tremendously. Now that the center evens arrange him with a lady from the center for a marriage.
Each time, his parent talk to him, he will literally say he believes in god, and god has asked him to do it in such way. Worse still, John and Linda are believer in other religion, and for Michael to adhere the commandment of his religion, he has to believe only in god, and any other external force that would lead him into disbelieve god, shall be devil. Even his parents, who are Buddhists, literally, will be treated as a devil.
What the center did wrong:-
The center should be religion free in advising those in need of help, and they should try to arrange an appointment with both John and Linda to understand the situation. If the divorce is inevitable for a better life, then center should use some other approach instead of holding Michael back.
The center should try to make Michael understand the situation and increase his level of receptivity, opening his eye and mind to the world, whereby, Michael should understand that if both parties, John and Linda, no longer happy to stay together, then to avoid any other agony they have made their choice. Prince thought of leaders....
There’s no perfect leadership in this world, but every leader is trying to be one!
Human being was born with hidden leadership skills, but human leadership skills vary according to their uniqueness, depending on their (human being) early childhood education. Leadership skills very much depend on the character of a human being, being stubborn can foster an autocratic leader; meanwhile, being considerate can help to foster a democratic leader. Nevertheless, no one can tell, which can be a good leader. A good leader must posses the character and features of a leader that require for the particular fields, for example, in military, autocratic and discipline are an important leadership characters in order to lead a troop.
There are 3 types of leaders, Autocratic, Democratic & Hybrid, Autocratic leaders can be very aggressive and stubborn, and lacking of consideration can be one major weakness. Meanwhile, democratic stands for freedom, whereby; leader is willing to lower down self-status to seek for opinion of the public, Democratic leader has a considerate level of understanding in their leadership scope. Eventually, Hybrid is when both autocratic and democratic play a roles each in the leadership scope, Leader needs to know when they have to be democratic, or autocratic, but one major weakness, is that they may lose themselves under pressure or stress, thus tend to make wrong decision. Nothing is perfect, thus, you can not find a perfect leader in the world, even a Prime Minister of a country may make mistake, and go against the public through autocracy.
A leader needs to gain as much skill as possible!
Meanwhile, do you think leader needs to posses the execution skill? Or a leader can just be a leader themselves, without any skill (except decision-making skills)?
A leadership with only decision-making skill is called King Leadership skill (as prince names it but why?!). King leadership needs no other skills to be a king, because most of the time, a king need only to make decision on daily issues. A king was born and conferred as a king through hereditary right. However, King leadership can not help to sustain an achievement (some may be able), because with little skill they posses, do not command respect from people, as people will not obey a king with no specific skill. They tend to betray the emperor.
King Leadership isn’t suitable to the modern world of leadership, sometimes, you can find this types of leadership prevails in most Asian country, because they tends to inherit their family business generation by generation, usually to their own son even though they may not have any skills or business knowledge.
Human being was born with hidden leadership skills, but human leadership skills vary according to their uniqueness, depending on their (human being) early childhood education. Leadership skills very much depend on the character of a human being, being stubborn can foster an autocratic leader; meanwhile, being considerate can help to foster a democratic leader. Nevertheless, no one can tell, which can be a good leader. A good leader must posses the character and features of a leader that require for the particular fields, for example, in military, autocratic and discipline are an important leadership characters in order to lead a troop.
There are 3 types of leaders, Autocratic, Democratic & Hybrid, Autocratic leaders can be very aggressive and stubborn, and lacking of consideration can be one major weakness. Meanwhile, democratic stands for freedom, whereby; leader is willing to lower down self-status to seek for opinion of the public, Democratic leader has a considerate level of understanding in their leadership scope. Eventually, Hybrid is when both autocratic and democratic play a roles each in the leadership scope, Leader needs to know when they have to be democratic, or autocratic, but one major weakness, is that they may lose themselves under pressure or stress, thus tend to make wrong decision. Nothing is perfect, thus, you can not find a perfect leader in the world, even a Prime Minister of a country may make mistake, and go against the public through autocracy.
A leader needs to gain as much skill as possible!
Meanwhile, do you think leader needs to posses the execution skill? Or a leader can just be a leader themselves, without any skill (except decision-making skills)?
A leadership with only decision-making skill is called King Leadership skill (as prince names it but why?!). King leadership needs no other skills to be a king, because most of the time, a king need only to make decision on daily issues. A king was born and conferred as a king through hereditary right. However, King leadership can not help to sustain an achievement (some may be able), because with little skill they posses, do not command respect from people, as people will not obey a king with no specific skill. They tend to betray the emperor.

Prince sends a msg across...
To- The lost one in the bush, still looking for a way out, but wasn’t brave enough to face the challenge out there. She has the right thought, but, perhaps, a right path she has chosen-as she thought it was until now…... There is nothing can be done, when the outcome almost forms. However, different causes, she can find which may lead her to another pathway, better and more appropriate to what she wants ‘inside’ of her…the inner world…

Prince Exam...
Prince sat for exam yesterday- e business strategy, Prince scores both assignments at a reasonable marks, 75% and 95% (both stands for 50% of 100%) respectively, and he needs to pass the exam in order to move on, but for prince, yesterday exam on e business strategy was just like the declaration of war for Prince, because he is not worried since he has scored for the assignment. Today’s exam is the real one because prince has little confidence, due to the assignment mark of 25% out of 50%, prince needs another 30% to make a pass. However, he believes he can do it…
Prince thought of SArongPartyGal..Not All bad though..
Prince has a serious thought about sarong party girl’s blog lately, after much contemplation, prince decides to put a few line ahead, without looking back on the ‘causes’ anymore. Prince is too tired to do analysis on human!
Sarong Party Girl’s issue has cruised around for some time, until recently when one of the Sarong Party Girl from Singapore uploads her naked picture online. She proclaims the picture as for artistic purposes, starting it as a joke and later developed into serious thought.
Many comments are posted (prince believes), some good and some bad, somehow, all the comments are from a non-neutral thought, which may appears unfair to ‘her’.
Prince wonders, if the girl is originally from the West, all the recent heat-up will never take place. It happens here, because commenter basically presents their ‘Asian Perspective of Thought’, heating up the issues.
Let’s take a scroll back, prince believes she is somehow a mature lady at her 19, who are able to think for herself, and that, she has realized how the society works. This may not be bad after all. Every human being hit maturity in thought somehow in variation. Some may be at their 30 but think like a child! All theses consideration needs to take into account before starting to comment on others.
Meanwhile, the principle of causation tells human being about cause and effect, everything has its cause, and effect, of course. What makes her to think in such a way that she realized the power of a woman, and how would she be able deem materials, sex and many that she can think so, as fun and part of her life. Not many human beings are able to lead this life!
However, everything has it ‘effect of effect’, it may lead to many consequences if allows too much indulgence. When you are too obsesses in what you think is right, may something become ‘not-so-right’. You may insist, and uphold your own believe which sometimes/ most of the times go against the nature.
She started it as a joke, but too much involvement, leading her deep into it. She found her worlds in her own fantasy. For example, if you try dancing for the first time, started with leisure/ interest, but if you indulge your own self into dancing, eventually you will fall in love with it, and you tend to spend more and more time with it. This will happen when you develop your own world with your own fantasy. It is the same theory as when people proclaims ‘Love is Blind’, because human being basically willing to do anything for their love partner, they will against anyone who try to stop them, such as their parent (if parents insist of breaking them up, you can expect a fight!). They will not realize their mistake though, even if there is! A mistake…

Prince falls into it...
As prince lifestyle is quite simple, however, to prepare for tomorrow examination in the morning, prince has made determination to do revision at night; but somehow, he is lagging on his daily chores. Prince suddenly realize that he is sitting in the living room, reading newspaper, and watching TV, he feels lazy to go upstairs for revision, and keep giving himself an excuses to finish the newspaper first.
Prince realizes that this is wrong, because he just written about ‘when interest turns into a nightmare”. When human being has got used to the lifestyle, it will make human being drawn into it, and never wake up. Prince has been doing it every day, but in time of emergency, prince found himself still doing the same routine work.
It is like addiction, you will be in trouble when you fall in love with your interest, or what you like…
However, it doesn’t matter to fall in love with your partners…somehow, as long as you are rational enough…

How the process of each outcome affect human thought, is important to determine how people perceived the outcome to be. Human being is a kind creature, perhaps. The process of killing a chicken is cruel, but eating the chicken drumstick taste differently. What if the process was recorded, and shows in front of every KFC outlet, to every walk-in consumers? Then KFC may have to sell vegetarian foods…
It applies to every facet of our lives, especially in workplace. If management is interfering with your work boundary, the amount of effort you place in developing the outcome may not please them as much as if they do not interfere. If they involve in the process, they set their perception on minor mistake, and bring forth to the end result as a weakness. Psychologically, it affects their perception.
Thus, for an executive, needs to keep the management out of the process, when necessarily, update only on the surface, but must try to make the outcome as significant as possible…

Prince advises to defeat causation principles...
Prince has written the principle of causation, which has incorporated prince thought, philosophy, principles and many more. The principle of causation, has in fact leading us to believe that everything occurrence has cause and effect. Though believing into the principles, to be at the extreme side of being a perfectionist, living flawlessly, to beat the principle of causation has become a need. Nevertheless, defeating the principle itself is a difficult task, especially when human are born with the same brain cell!
Of course, you may believe, it is impossible to beat the principle itself, but trying causes no harm. The principle of causation applies to every human being and every occurrence in the world. When you have understood the principles, in order to grow better, you need to defeat the principle. Once you have overcome everything, no human being can neither guess nor read your past/future. However, it can lead to psychology sequelae, which is ‘personality / character confusion’.
Beating the principle itself is like ‘suspect zero’, whereby, they believe that a series killer may not have patterns or repetitive behavior for detection or reading. They kill randomly, with no influences from their surrounding. Most importantly, they have an empty-mind! It happens when you do something without ‘cause’, although it can lead to the effect, but the cause is hidden. If they can’t find the cause, your inner world is secure. Talk is always easier than done, but trying causes no harm, in fact, those with double-personality is somehow subconsciously practicing it.
You can beat the principles in totality, only if you can perform something without intention or subjective causes. For example, you are eating not because you are hungry or any other reason; you eat just because you eat! You walk on the street, across the road and punch a guy without any reason. Prince thought of life molecule...
A life is built up of a colorful combination of many molecule; Friendship, Family, Profession / Career, and some may have more if they lead a double life. How human being manages all this different molecules, and combines it to create a perfect life? Each molecule is then built up of stages from nothing to something, such as friendship (human being was born alone in the friendship circles). Human being was born with family as the first stage, proceeding with ages before they finally know the meaning of friends. These all are how life is form.
Molecule clashes with each other when human being over acting on self-force, and lost their direction .They eventually create a mess or confusion in their life, without knowing what is right and wrong, gradually, this confusion is equivalent to virus, affecting other ‘lives’.
To resolve this confusion, principles are needed very urgently, to confine the human boundaries. However, how many human beings realize the importance of principles? Furthermore, wrong set of principles may lead you to even more confusion, becoming a total disaster!
Principles can also help to earn respect, but respect from others will only be formed if principles are sacred, however, it doesn’t necessary mean that principle should play an important roles even affecting life and work, at which jeopardizing others performance. For example, a friend admitted to hospital during the day of your official project launching, and you take leave to wait for your friend’s surgery operation. You may only thought of friendship, because your principles- ‘friends come first’, perhaps you do not realize how much it can affect your work. It means, your show NO responsibility and commitment in your work, which ultimately affecting your other part of your life (the other molecules).
Human being needs to confine themselves to where they fall into, for example, matter that should be settled within the friendship circles should remain in the friendship circles, meanwhile, Official matter related to work should settle within their own boundary. Eventually, these molecules are inter-related only when human being talks about it. Judging on the example above, perhaps, you may visit your friend during lunch hours, or at night when he awakes?

Prince thought human born perfect...
Prince believes that Human being is born perfect (unless they are born with disability), that is why baby is always endowed with the word ‘innocence’ & ‘flawless’. There is always a space for kindness for every human being because they are also born kind, prince believes.
People argues on the fact that human behavior turns sours, and blaming on others wrong doing, you may hear this very often when parent tends to scold their children for ‘no hope’, stupid and un-teachable. In fact, every human being is forgiven for their doing, and every human being deserves the opportunity for a change in life. Every human being is born with kindness, and it is the process of being an adult that led them to wrong path. They haven’t found the right person to lead them back to the right track. Although, it is arguable that only if human being desire for a change can change for the best, but sometimes, if you can find the way to the inner world, and discover what can provoke human desire for a change, would certainly make the process faster than ever.
Prince succeed many times in changing people from bad to good, but he fails one time, when he met up with his assistance. He is able to read her inner world, and see the picture of her. The only challenging task is to make her realize of herself. Prince fails to change her because she is in a different world (dancing), you can not change a person without bringing her into your own world. The person that needs changes, have to look back to their own personalities, by standing at the other angle, totally out of their world, which is not easy without someone leading them.
Meanwhile, our society is made up good and bad, somehow, the bad is an outcome of learning process turns sour. There is always a chance for human being to be good, but sometimes, they make their choice to become what they want, partly due to the external forces, and character development process. Thus, parent needs to teach children how to make choice, most importantly, how to evaluate good and bad. Human being has no right to tell people what is good and bad but to teach human being what is good and bad. When you tell them what is good and bad, they tend to develop their own believes, and become rigid. Their rationality stuck there. For example, when your child is watching action movie, and there is a fighting scene, for them it is merely a scene of 2 people punching each other with expression, if you tell them this is wrong. In future, if they see a fighting scene, they know it is wrong, and they won’t evaluate whose right and wrong, or who start the fight first, all they know is ‘wrong’. It becomes rigid to them, thus, parent needs to teach them how to evaluate a situation because it can help to develop their reasoning power.

Self-obsession is a strong self-force generate from inside out, it occurs when a leader desire for a success, and strong confidence and autocratic become the main causes. Self-obsession can lead to several outcomes, but the most significant one is when, they do not train people to react in leader’s way, but they train people to perform according to their way, which is totally wrong. They possess strong self-obsession disease, which they feel the need to fulfill own desire, and thus, forcing the surrounding (human factor, environment and etc) to adapt to them.
Meanwhile, fickleness has become part of being a good leader, leading to the creation of executive dilemma nowadays. Fickleness occurs when leaders have the thought of ‘incremental improvement’, thus, leading to change of decision. Many observers believes that leaders are being indecisive, which is a wrong perception, but eventually, either incremental improvement or indecisive, are both belong to the same categories- inferior leadership! Perhaps, leaders do not realize their fickleness, but the consequences, which may affect their business operation somehow, and further, it increases the burden of work of their subordinate.
Meanwhile, a good leader, perhaps, should know when to provide opportunities to their subordinate, leader should always clear of what they want at the first hand. In term of delegation, leader needs to clearly specify your objective so that executer can help to draw strategy to achieve the particular objective. Very often, leaders, themselves do not know what they want- when they thought they know, and the outcome generated from their subordinate does not match their expectation. Prince Thought of Character Development...
For children, character development is part and parcel of Early Childhood Education; it helps to shape the children’s character and prepared them to function well in the society in future. Not to forgone adult, who may eventually need character development as well. Nevertheless, Character Development needs implementation in two-fold, firstly, it targets at those newly enroll children into kindergarten, secondly, to help those, whom, character has been shaped and developed in their own way with own definition, but to be reminded, gradually, character will become tougher to shape or reshape when moving into adult age.
Training program has received a boom in the marketplace nowadays, especially, Human Resource Practitioners believe that training program is a need, and become a must for problem employees; meanwhile, it also becomes a motivation program for their employees. The fundamental question posted, is the effectiveness of the training program for human being, in helping to shape their character.
It is a great challenge to shape human character / behavior at adult age, especially when they have been taught to behave with their own definition of ‘correct’ way. Training program that focuses on character building and team building are merely an inspiration seminar for those participants that do not really help to shape them. Character building needs constant reinforcement, whereby, it must deeply penetrate the life of an employee, it helps to act as reinforcement and reminder of change, at which is not offered in a seminar.
Many character building program fails because it is merely an inspiration seminar for those involves, and it takes a tickle to feel and to forget. They do not have the persistency to adopt change personally, and thus, falling back their own character pathway. To make matter worse, when reinforcement eventually becomes their annoyance, and they will not appreciate it anymore.
Human is always acting on self-force, whereby, they can change if only, they are willing to change, and they have to question themselves what they have to perform in order to change. Training seminar is merely an inspiring seminar for the change adopters, or sometimes merely acting as reinforcement.
As long as there is a will, there is a way, in human character development process, is a learning process, and need high level of self-conscious. There is no need for motivation seminar, character building seminar, teamwork seminar or many more, because human is a born learners. The fundamental believes in learners, is learning force should generate from inside out, not from outside in. Most seminars are adopting an ‘outside in’ training methodology which does not generate impact, instead it is merely an inspiration stories for the learners.
Human being can learn about leadership from book, receive motivation from life experience, for example, optimistic can become a force of motivation, and optimistic is a subjective knowledge that form from inside of a human being without the need to go for training, the most they can do, is to learn from a book ‘how to become optimistic’, and they can change if only they really desire for a change!
P/S: this feedback was written after listening to a friend of prince, who attended some soft of motivation and life-challenging seminar, and can’t stop praising the great talent of the speakers, and creativity of the company itself.

Human is always acting on self-force, whereby, they can change if only, they are willing to change, and they have to question themselves what they have to perform in order to change. Training seminar is merely an inspiring seminar for the change adopters, or sometimes merely acting as reinforcement.
As long as there is a will, there is a way, in human character development process, is a learning process, and need high level of self-conscious. There is no need for motivation seminar, character building seminar, teamwork seminar or many more, because human is a born learners. The fundamental believes in learners, is learning force should generate from inside out, not from outside in. Most seminars are adopting an ‘outside in’ training methodology which does not generate impact, instead it is merely an inspiration stories for the learners.
Human being can learn about leadership from book, receive motivation from life experience, for example, optimistic can become a force of motivation, and optimistic is a subjective knowledge that form from inside of a human being without the need to go for training, the most they can do, is to learn from a book ‘how to become optimistic’, and they can change if only they really desire for a change!
P/S: this feedback was written after listening to a friend of prince, who attended some soft of motivation and life-challenging seminar, and can’t stop praising the great talent of the speakers, and creativity of the company itself.

Prince feels disappointed with Top Scorers nowaday..
Recently, newspaper heated up the national issues- ‘Top scorer fails to get scholarship’, is a disappointing issue, and not because they can not get scholarship but how they thought the world has owed them with their colorful result! To make matter worse, one of the politician’s even claims that she does not believe that a top scorer will fail an interview session.
The government and public have given much self-esteem and confidence to the students, pushing them into believing that academic result is everything. Meanwhile, some people even believe that a top scorer is good in everything!
Obviously, it is not true; judging at the unemployed rate in Malaysia, looking into the possible causes, and you may find the reason of top scorers out of job is because they can’t even speak proper English! They fail an interview and couldn’t find a job, and shall they blame the company for not recruiting them? It is just like government fails them in the scholarship interview. Our government has been too lenient to students, somehow, has pampered our students too much.
The conclusion, Top scorers are not king, unless they really show us they excel in every facet, the least, communicate well and confidently. How they bring themselves in the society, reflect their survival out there, and bear in mind that, this has no bearing on their academic result!

Prince causation Princple....
No one has ever looked into the principle of causation which forms part of the human learning process. Human being, unless they believe in miracle- something that happen out of control and with no possible explanation, otherwise, everything that happen in this world, applies through the principle of causation. The mechanism of causation needs no special learning experience, but mostly, natural ability in observation and pondering. Human with overwhelming of curiosity will tend to explore the causation principle.
The principle of causation believes that every occurrence is the ‘effect’, and related to the cause. In order to find out the cause, it requires thorough investigation, through observation and ponders which put the pieces and pieces together to form a bigger picture. The ‘cause’ can sometime be very subjective; it depends on the ‘effects’ study. We will further explore the principle of causation through reading the human character. Human behavioral study is a very interesting research area that requires meticulous attention. Every facet of a human life reflects the inner world in relation to the particular human being.
A series killers may not necessary be someone cruel, cold blood, and perform in a repetitive behavior. Many incidents have proven the criminal psychologist wrong in sketching the character of certain killers. Very often, killers, who they believes to be someone illiterate appears to be a white-collars workers, or sometimes, a cold-blood killers that they believes to be someone who has criminal record, but appears to be a respectful kindergarten teachers. This is a grey area that needs special attention when study the principle of causation, because something you see and feel may not be what you think it is. Human being is a vulnerable creature, being easily manipulated by what they see and feel.
The principle of causation can help to drill into the fact of cause, leading you into the inner world of a human being, however, you need to have fully understanding of how a human being re-action to certain scenario. Once you have discovered the inner world, what you see and feel can help to establish the possible happening in future, though, with no proven fact. The principle of causation can help you to predict the past and look into future; however, in relation to future, the principle introduces the ‘external forces’ which may distort the prediction. These external factors are considered as the influencing forces. If he is not from a broken family, then could he feels bored with the ‘nagging’ from his parents, and bored about his life of being too prefect, thus, he is craving for something else, and sex is the best possible access to a better and different world? The principle of causation requires you to establish the possible question and discover the answer that can justify the effect. The cover girl in the playboy magazine may not necessary looking for fame or perhaps money because there’s many way to earn money and fame! A prostitute may not necessary looking for fast money, or perhaps, a lame believes that they are also looking for pleasure, the scene behind, they could be a ‘fallen angel’, giving up their own life, because they feel bored, and why? Perhaps they were forced into it, but they can resist! Or perhaps they had resisted, and they have given up now……one by one, leading to the inner world, where you find your answer…last but not least, don’t judge only with your own principle and believe, or from the surface itself……

Prince of DArkness....
People with mental problem tend to live in their own world, no one can prove that there’s something other than this practical world that we are living into it today. It is hard to prove the trueness of this, but believe it or not, we are living in this world, and cruising around in some other dimension, at which, we name it the virtual dimension. It is not just the world of ‘virtual’, but also the non-existing world that we may not be able to see with flesh eye, and touch with our hand.
No one can tell how many worlds out there that we neither can feel nor touch, but something for sure; we can try to connect to them through some form of psychic. Some people name it sixth sense as sense out of sense. Apparently, every creature living in this world, has some form of virtual connection to the same kind, a good observation on a twin, who are able to feel each other to certain extends. Twin is born with the ‘connection’, so obvious that they sometimes can feel each other especially when their lives are at stake. However, this may be true for a twin, but does it applies to normal human being as well? Some may give a lame believe to its existence.
Human being can connect to each other in some sense, to a certain extend, entering the mind of other, and reading the behavior and character of the person. Every little thing that a person does, such as walking, talking, eating, sleeping, all the body movement reflects their willingness to open their inner door for you. Eyes, plays an important role, it is the main component that forms the path towards to the light of the souls, leading you to the door of the inner world. Strong believers are usually a perfectionist in practice, trying to hide their trueness away in the dark side (not necessary bad), in order to look into the bright one (not necessary good).
This is neither good or bad but merely a sharing experience with those who is reading this, human has to always be at the elite position, looking at those, they belief, need helps. By looking into the eyes of other, tells you the inner world of a person, once you posses the key, the door will lead you to more answers. Sometimes human fakes their feeling, and personality, and they play around with your feeling, making you feel right about them, to break though the spell, you may need meticulous observation, looking for the pathway, and for the key to the doors.
Only those with experience can tell in a minute of two, a person character with more than 50% hit points. The first encounter is usually the toughest break through, because people tends to fake to certain extend, when leading down to the following, the faking system growing weak. This is the norm of human being for being inconsistent. Through some form of connection, you are able to determine if a person is good, bad, capable, efficient, ambitious, inner aggressiveness…most importantly, it helps you explore the dark side of a human being…

Prince thought....of love...
Love is blind? Here again, love is a very subjective dimension in which it is not quantifiable. Argument on love has been heated on among the youth these day, one side strongly agree on the old one said, ‘Love is blind’, and on the other hand, taking a firm stand to support, that Love is not blind. Though, many have tried to bring forth some facts to support their argument, but undeniably, it is entirely depend on the situation. One strong fact brought forth is the rationality of human being, can play an important role in relationship, they argue that maturity tags along with rationality. Rationality determines the maturity level of your thought, and that you seldom lost in relationship. This argument was attack by the fundamentalist (original believe), who believe that love is a feeling, and is supposed to be aesthetic. They believe feeling is a gift from god, and should flow naturally without much contemplation in the process. It is totally in contrast with rationality because rationality requires a lot of thought especially when something has happen in the process, requires thinking process. Fundamentalist adopts an open approach in relationship, whereby, they believe, if thing is mean to be that way, it shall be that way. People who has been cheated in a relationship, through rationality , enhance the learning system, however, people who believes in fundamentalist, take it as a memory, and fated.
But human love shares the common believes that, love should not be all-in one side, and love can not be enforced and everybody needs to give and receive love. It helps you to create no lost love in between. You also have to believe that love is not without jealousy, and love without affection is not love, it is like. Love can neither be bought nor sold, remember……

Prince Presentation in Office arr....
Prince was given a task, to do a presentation on company future development plan next Wednesday; the mock-presentation will be on Monday. Prince owns a little worry, because he, at the same time needs to prepare for the coming exam on 23rd and 24th June. It’s just another 2 week from now. What can prince do…can he manage to get through everything smoothly…We shall see…

Prince went Jogging....
Prince went jogging in Bandar Tun Razak Park with Mr. Logas! Apparently, the track has a length of around 2km, and we managed to finish it. Prince likes to sweat, it makes him relax. Prince has never given up working out, he likes to swim, jogging, Gym work-out & last but not least, his used-to-be-best-in-interest-activity-Muay Thai! Undergoing the training at the early ages, give Prince the mileage in sport, at least, he is able to stretch his body over ordinary boundaries. Anyone who likes to walk in lush greenery, admiring the fascinating scenery, can try out Bandar Tun Razak Leisure Park, right in front of HUKM.

Prince thought of Sport...
Dancing is nothing more than sports, but spending too much time, will certainly affects other facet of your life. Human being exerts their body, use their strength, sweat, and worn-out, if they do not rest properly, they may not be able to concentrate on their work again. Prince has a strong interest in dancing but not until recently he sees, how can, any sports, use to affect other facet of human life, both good and bad. Prince with uncontrollable brains...
Human being, each owns a brain that are uncontrollable, how good if we can control our brain, subsequently our mind. Human being tends to ponder a lot; this is regard as a daily routine to train our brain. But for certain people, who may cry out loud for a small issue, tend to exert their brain too much. They tend to be sensitive over minor issue, and further it affects them psychologically. People who use to think too much, tends to be very fragile, weak, spiritually needs back-up, and found themselves pillar.

Grandee school of thought in Early Childhood Education believes that Happy Children learns better in life. Grandee pioneers into Early Childhood Education, which bring forth the important of early childhood education to public. Needless to say, Asian has known little about parenting knowledge, neither one has a formal education about parenting, not even in national education syllabus. Ironically, human owns the ability to nurture children, yes? No? Nurturing for ordinary human being, are learned through experiential process. They tend to nurture their children they way they were brought up. This is a simple theory about parenting, but you can not blame them for ignorant because they was not given the opportunity to learn, further, with the old-fashioned environment they were living in, they know nothing about the existence of parenting.

What is value added? Value added is the extra value provided to anyone without incurring any cost upon them. Grandee theory of value added is very much simple, value adding process is a continuous processes that injecting in new value to every dimension of business. This help to enhance the business process, this can be done when the cost of operation is diminishing due to the fall in the learning curve. Say is always easier. Every company is able to add value to its product, process, operation, services and many more, only if they are willing to incur a minor cost, many china man company does not favor value adding, for them, it is an extra cost incur, and they believes that customer will come back to them at the end of the day, even without extra value. This is the marketing hallucination most of the china man company is so much embracing it now. A value added system, can be a group of capable managers, meeting on a weekly basis, to discuss about the company product, service, process, management and many more. It is not easy to construct a value added system, since value added system is a continuous process to look for incremental value that can provide to customer without incurring any extra cost for any party. Value adding process covers every part of the business, including the security guard in guard house who, ultimately, become the first contact point for many visitors / customer.

Prince and Grandee...
What is Grandee Theory? Grandee represents the nobleman of the highest rank in Spain or Portugal. Prince proudly presents the theory of Grandee, where he shall use Grandee as the initial for all of his thought & works. Prince theory sounds awkward, especially for people who do not know what prince is, and who is prince. Grandee, a word can be easily remember and pronounce, perfectly suits Prince Vision, it reflects prince dreams of high ranking, living in a high society. Meanwhile, Prince emailed one of the professors in University Malaya, to enquire about the PhD program. Yes, Prince plans to pursue his PhD in UM, majoring in Educational Psychology, or may be, in Early Childhood Education. For the time being, Prince was in a dilemma in choosing between DBA and PhD, finally, he plan to do both, DBA and subsequently PhD.

Prince never fight a war if can't win..
Prince adopted a principle all the time, if you can’t win, don’t fight! This is a very subjective issue, once the old said; if you think you can win a war, and then don’t go into the war. It is more about confidence; they believe that confidence tells everything. For prince, it is not that simple though, you need to analyze your location, timing, and human factor to decide if you can win a war. If all the above factors appears disadvantage to you, then where can you find your confidence? But if the entire above factor appears advantage to your side, then confidence will grow! But some people believe that if you are confidence, you can change the disadvantage to advantage. What do you think?

Prince evaluates....
Prince has been observing closely her assistance to find out the problem lying inside of her, with intention to help her, and lead her to correct path, this evaluation was done in second months of prince work, but almost forget about the observation process totally. This is what prince has noticed, and plans to help her out. Until recently, he seen some improvement in her, even though, still, the whole department has to bear the fact that she made a mistaken in design art-work, wrongly prints out 60 T-shirts. She eventually amended the T-shirt, and leads to a happy ending, at which Prince is happy, but still can’t keep that mistake out of his mind.
Strength:
Considerable knowledge about event management, and able to generate new ideas
High-self-esteem & confidence in event management, & favorable working assignment
Can gets Along with colleague well, and has Good Hygiene
Has a considerable level of focus in work duty, and spirit of team player
Has Good Attendance, Is Cooperative
Weakness:
Low level of independent in work, and unable to finish work on time
Low level of problem solving ability & Low level of willingness to work
Less meticulous, and Low self-conscious, self-improvement & self-conscious
High persistence leads to stubborn & unable to ponder rationally from situation to situation
Problem of accuracy with their work, and does not really follow directions due to lack of concentration
Timeliness to work is a question, and often, emotionally carries away which affects her PR works.
Low priorities ability, and lead to wrong focus / concentration
Remark:
For prince, throughout the one month period with her, he has found her personality to be quite friendly and approachable. With her one and half year experience in HQ Corporate Communication Department, she has, the least, able to exert her event management skills learned in the past. Prince must applaud her ability for new idea generation, although, some ideas may appears to be unrealistic. Meanwhile, prince found her efficiency in producing outcome is questionable, prince would establish the fact that she has a personality of perfectionist, a good working behavior which foster accuracy, however, due to her weakness of ‘lack of urgency and unable to prioritize her work’ has led her to diffusion of concentration in other areas, and affecting the group performance.
As a young lady who has some experience in event management previously in HQ for annual dinner and etc, has also help to shape her self-esteem, which may sometimes turn into arrogant and stubborn.
Meanwhile, her achievement in dancing sport has also given her some personal satisfaction which led to high self-esteem and confidence, and that; it was brought into her work, affecting her working attitude subconsciously.
As a normal human being, she has the tendency to brag of her achievement sometimes, and seeking opportunities to show her ability. But, it was done so in a wrong manner, and wrongly emphasizes.
From the past one month working together with her, though, she realizes her mistake through brainstorming and personal discussion, with suggestion for solution, and even though she promises for change, but she is oblivious to certain discussion.
To help her to change, Prince helps to schedule deadline for her work to ensure she hands in on time, and regularly update on her working schedule. Meanwhile, Prince has to remind her profusely on her regular mistake, and trying to groom her to be a PR practitioner.
Prince realizes that the Root problem is the working attitude that needs to be re-shaping again. No matter what effort he places into transforming her, it is consider as controlling mechanism, but not empowering mechanism, prince needs to start from the fundamental problem-working attitude- if an employee has a good working attitude, self-initiation, self-determination, self-conscious are those character that may self-generated / self-fostered. No other measures to control an employees, and company can only grow if they have employee that are able to have passion in working for company instead of working for the rules! Previous measure of giving her due date, only make her working for the deadline, she lost her focus and the same problem occurs again and again, if not, one problem always leads to another new problem that require new measures.
Prince thought of the past...
Prince sat in front of his baby laptop, meanwhile, with his assistant, and a few other senior colleagues. Prince wonders in no way, her assistant kicks in the topic about Judo, and she starts to brag about Judo, Apparently, her sister owns a personal record to bring a person down in 3 seconds, god knows how she did that, but prince may have little know-how. Prince found it really funny after all, and with little react that triggers her annoyance, then she started to argue the practicality of Judo that even the police force is learning it.

Prince does not deny the effectiveness of Judo, and really want to learn the in depth of it, but what make prince feels funny is to look at how people bragging about their interest.

Master of prince, is an old gentlemen at his 60, with a black belt in Tai Kwon Do, Karate, Judo, and Practical fighting session in Muay Thai, furthermore, Master Yang was trained under family of Yang-Chinese martial art, and personal learning in Weng Chun & many others Chinese martial art in Penang during his young age. Now, he is more into Tai Chi at his old age. Prince was the number eight disciple in house, receiving personal training.
In prince own pride, he owns a slight better record of bringing a person down with one blow of fist. How fast can one fist move? One second? Two seconds? If any blow is more than 1 seconds, you are disqualified in any sparring! We have a little different objective in fighting, Muay Thai warrior only fight for his survival, and survival only approved if your enemy is down!
Talking about it, it reminds how prince trained himself previously, tie the coconut trunk with rope, meanwhile, wrapping your hand and ankle with cloth before you start kicking and punching, 3 month non stop punching and kicking will make your fist and leg as hard as a metal! Believe it or not, give it a try!

Prince dislikes...
Prince especially hates people without focus, and he finds it very much dislike. He wonders how he can work with his assistant who basically, with her own thought, and caring on the nitty-gritty.
She was arguing on the fact that the committee list is messing-up, jumping here and there. She wants something more systematic, and sense-making, however, Prince does not think so.
Prince expect the chief of each division to do their job, if the chairperson have to put down black and white every nitty-gritty in an event for the committee, then what is empowerment for? The chairperson will be better off to do everything on his own!
Sometimes, Prince wonders if she is too smart to be true or too impulsive, prince likes her character of being straight and frank, speaking out, but prince very much dislike her stubbornness and lack of though rough understanding in the topic.
Details planning can comes later, and what have to be done, is to brief the head of each divisions what is expected, giving them the basic guidelines to follow and the rest, based on their on creativity, innovativeness and logically sense.
