Prince: 100 degree change in my boss...

Backstabbing seems to become my boss favourite ruse to climb up the corporate ladder, my boss did it again & again either face-to-face, or back-to-back stabbing without considering others’ feeling. My boss seems to hate others brand so much even if we are under the same umbrella, and we assume, my boos thought it may help to boost his/her position if the other is badly damage. I think this is naïve.
