For example, problem in a company will lead to the rise of a top executive who are able to solve a problem, but what if there’s no problem? Then one must try to create a problem and solve it. If an executive suggesting a business reengineering process, the process is a problem, he creates a problem for himself as he foreseen the problem to be arrived soon even though it is not created.
