A human being with 20 year experienced, learns his lesson through hard knock university, and encounters a problem. He consults a professional young executive for a solution, and he was given Solution B, meanwhile, he also comes out with his own solution which is Solution A.
In the process, he finds himself difficult to accept solution B because based on his own experience, thinking that solution A is the best way because he has used to apply that solution in use before. The young executive thinks through, and said, ‘You are bound by your own knowledge barrier, this time, it is not because lack of knowledge that stop you from changing, but, instead, though your 20 year times experienced, has made you stagnant to new change.’
