The transparency in the management becomes important to establish the unity and team work within the management itself. This may be the only solution to the wave of transition, to avoid further turn over, looking at the situation of turn over, employer must sit tight and evaluate the problem, receptivity becomes an important element to changes and continuous improvement, no other solution is applicable, if employers rather believe in their own perspective of self-management skills.
Eventually, the reason for some establish company to conduct exit interview, is to prevent problem lingering in the company so as to identify the reason for high turn over and further rectify the situation. However, company must then adopt the belief that employee is the greatest asset of all.
