Prince: Fundamental Motivation ...

Salary is the fundamental motivation value for a company to retain their staff, and maintain the spirit of team work, and achievement. The basic motivation theory in one company management depends very much on the salary that one company is willing to pay.

The working mechanism of salary to foster motivation value in one company should go in line with company goals. Prince believes that if a human being was paid higher, they are tied with the commitment to show their ability, and their responsibility is virtually higher.

Company, who pays higher than the employee expectation, can help to create and foster higher value in employee’s responsibility and commitment. It can also help to increase the retention rate in one company.

Normal human being, perhaps, not every human being, has the sense of responsibility and commitment, however, these responsibilities and commitment are shattered only when dispute occurs.

If you were to assume dispute is a never happen matter in one company, then salary is always the basic value for employee motivation. Even if, dispute does occur in one company, if the salary is high enough to preserve his/her integrity and patient, his/her responsibilities and commitments, will still remain unshaken, but aggressiveness may be diminish as time moves on.

When you ponder deeply, what drive sales person to be aggressive, and what drive people to work? It always drilled down to the fundamental value- Material, which is money. People works for money, only a certain group of people, whom, money works for them.

Money is such a black magic; it can spoil your mind, your life and many other things. There is no ‘alphabetical’ stage as to how money should move up your stage of life, however, Prince can be sure that, it is a MUST for every human being to work for money at the early stage, before they are able to let the money work for them.
