Prince: Leadership...

He is doing his Strategic Management’s assignment, and was looking through some notes given by his lecturer, regarding leadership. He thinks of putting it up here to share with you all:

The leadership attributes (Parry, 2006), do you have it?

Leadership Styles (Parry, 2006):- which one are you?

Autocratic – adopt top-down non-consultative methods

Egocentric – Self-centered, dominant runs the organization from the centre

Superior Egalitarian – Participative and always giving an impression of knowing the answers, and makes people feels superior and worthy

Conflictual – uses conflict and anger to inspire and annoy people towards success

Team Builder – Develops teams until they achieve superior result

Strategic – Those who communicate the vision and the path forward, reputed for big picture clarity

The People Person – Extraordinary person who appears and makes everyone around them feel ordinary

The Politician – Always balancing and manipulating the stockholders to keep the power nexus balance and controlled at the centre
