Superior Egalitarian – Participative and always giving an impression of knowing the answers, and makes people feels superior and worthy
Conflictual – uses conflict and anger to inspire and annoy people towards success
Team Builder – Develops teams until they achieve superior result
Strategic – Those who communicate the vision and the path forward, reputed for big picture clarity
The People Person – Extraordinary person who appears and makes everyone around them feel ordinary
The Politician – Always balancing and manipulating the stockholders to keep the power nexus balance and controlled at the centre
