Prince: Happy Chinese New Year....

He would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR, get more ANG POW, and enjoy your HOLIDAY…!!!!!!!

Prince: Self-Inferior Complexity...

Self-inferiority is defined as ‘the lower status or quality in comparing with other individual. A person suffering from self-inferior complexity will usually lead their life in two different directions, either one.

First one, they will keep indulging in their own inferior world and suffering low self-esteem. They will isolate themselves from their friends, and others circumstance which makes them feel inferior.

Or, they will find way to help them-selves which again gives them two different choices.

First one, either they try it the good way, which we call the positive reinforcement. For example, if they feel inferior in term of their qualification, then they take up part-time course to enhance their knowledge and wisdom. This type of positive enforcement is rather good.

Second choice, they will find way to oppress others so that they feel good for themselves, a negative reinforcement to push-up their self-esteem. This is usually one way of self-satisfaction that does not solve the root problem. Using the similar example, they will use areas where they perceive good self-quality to compare with others, and oppress and counteract the good quality of others. For example, they will brag about their work, characters wise, or their good pay to counteract with those of higher qualification.

Negative reinforcement brings about negative personality, because it also leads to egoistic characters when bragging becomes habit. Bragging can be indirect or direct, a person who relates self-wrong-doing or bad habit to others individual in their surrounding, this is one soft of indirect bragging, while, a person who frequently talk about own good quality is one types of direct bragging.

Those who do not understand the whole pictures will perceive the negative reinforcement as something new, and believe in it, however, it will eventually lead to a break-up in personality when the circle is enlarging.

Prince: Emotional Attachment...

As much as he would like to believe it relationship, but love is just not blind for him. It is frustrating to see people around him who can indulge so much into their own relationship, and at the end, isolating themselves from their social circles, and that they believe that what they did is right, which is naïve in thinking.

To certain people, they are more into emotional, thus, the increasing emotional attachment to the partner proves the theory correct in some sense. Believe it or not, even if they keep denying that they are not indulging in relationship but their action proves everything, and that they are starting to get obsessed. . Although they might excuse themselves for not being so, but their routine has reflected their extreme emotional attachment in relationship. It eventually leads to irrationality.

They tend to spend increasing time with their partner rather than balancing it with other social molecules. It leads to a point where the world is only comprises of a man and a woman, a world of only two person living without concerning the other living creatures in their life.

They cut off their friendship, spend less time with family, shifting their focus to relationship only, and will eventually lead to a greater impact when the relationship does not work out well. Please do not be an extremist but a neutralist.

。。一定能。。。﹗’

Prince: Think ..think.. think..

It is 3.08am in the morning, still looking through his text book, finding way to finish his assignment.

He recalled his time with his family, which has been sacrificed long ago, thank to his parent who always give him support in his work, especially in his study.

Being the only one in the family who are able to make it that far, he intends to finish the journey which he set out earlier, and end it a few years later in a local University.

He reminisce his old-time with his best friends, losing touch at current stage due to his busy schedule. Thank to his friends, who are still giving him mental support from time to time, and apology, because may not be able to join them for reunion, but don’t worry, he still has a life-time for the reunion moment.

He thought of the one he loves, right now, must be in her dreamland. He can’t explain how much he loves her, and apology, because he can’t spend much time with her at this point of time. The degree of understanding was given to him, has shown her support, it is more than enough to motivate him to walk into the war field, confidently even armless…

Prince: Life is war...

How would you define your life, he was told life is like a Warfield. You plan, consolidating, strategize, attack, win, sustain and grow…Treating it as a war will give you the aggressiveness, wisdom, confidence and motivation needed to move on, because if you didn’t, you are at the losing ground, and losing ground means dead. You got no choice but to fight, and this is life…welcome to your life which you have no choice but to live on…be brave to face challenge, stay high in spirit to walk through it, don’t give up or you die in the middle of the walk way and become a ‘fallen angel with fallen spirit’…cheers…=)

Prince: The Interview...

He went through the interview, and do not deny that he is a bit cracked up during the process. Well, he was not informed that the company CEO is going to interview him, coming all the way from United State!

He was asked, ‘how do you consider yourself as someone who are people oriented? We are dealing with employees who earn through commission, and may have high rate of absenteeism, how would you manage them?’

He answered, ‘Every mistake will have a reason, and every problem will have a solution. It is very much depending on the attitude of the leaders himself. I believe that as a leader, you need to posses certain characters, which are passion and patient. There got to be a reason why they didn’t turn up for work, and we must work from the bottom to dig out the solution’.

The CEO then asked him, ‘why do you want to take up this job, since you are in PR & marketing line, it looks totally different from your portfolio’.

His replied, ‘It is very much attributed to my character. I am a risk-takers, and I prefer to join a newly set-up company than an establish company which gives me no career opportunities. Furthermore, I am looking for a career jump.’

He added, ‘talking about managing people, you must believe and understand that different people has a different background, and their attitude toward their works, all you need to do is to spend sometime to understand them and help them to adapt to the environment, and help them as and when they needs help, that’s my philosophy in working with people to ensure we all work as a team’.

Unfortunately, the interview session only took around 15 minutes, the CEO seems unprepared. Only a few questions were asked, and it is a question mark whether they will recruit him or not. For him, he feels a bit shaky.

Prince: Life has to move on...

‘My faith is shaken, my trust is broken, but my spirit is still rising’, nothing on this earth can stop him from achieving his dream.

Its 3.07 am in the morning, and he is still cracking his head for his assignment, not forgetting his MBA which has become his main focus at his particular moment of time. Yes, after all the happening in his career.

Life has to move on, he comes to understand that company can promise you heaven and earth, but can also give you hell by breaking the promise. Has he given up? Of course, No, Not forgetting that he is a risk taker and the past may be one of his failures, but not overall.

Its 17 January 2006 tomorrow! Yes, he got an interview tomorrow, this newly set up company dealing with merchandise products, asking him to prepare proposal for 2 years projection plan after his first interview, and he was called for the second interview. Obviously, they can promise a lot before they recruit you, but the matter of fulfilling it may be a question.

He is willing to take the risk if the interview succeeds. Come on, working in a growing and expanding company is everyone’s dream, because it offers a better career advancement, all you need to do is work hard for it. Though the company may fail in the process, the risk is there, but are you willing to take it?

Prince: Last Day in Office...

His last day in office, and he knows he is going to miss the children....before he left, he pays the baby room hte last visit, and took a few pictures with them....hmm....a good bye kiss will sure be memorable....He is now plan to bring his passion and patient with him to another company who are able to appreciate, and hopefully it is a company that appreciate employees, treating employee as the greatest assets...till then...

Prince: All comes to an end..Finally...

His General Manager has a discussion with him regarding the matter, and asking what he wants to do since he rejected the offered position in the new company. He was then voiced out his dissatisfaction and his past effort in the company. At last, he suggested a package where either the management is to accept it or he will just stay to live with the principal! Well, he doesn’t living with the principal now since everything has been laid down on the table quite clearly! He doesn’t need to play ‘hide and seek’ anymore as to ‘look at people face’.

Somehow, due to the reason that the principal is desperately want him to go, of course, for certain reason (there are some political issues which he doesn’t want to talk much here. There’s always a problem when the old and new management are trying hard to synergies!) , she is willing to pay him 2 months compensation and half of this month salary but he has to leave on 15 January 2006. Agreeable to the term and condition, he took it; somehow, this is what he wants in the package.

He has to move on with his career opportunities, let’s see what he got for this coming two months!

Prince: Forcing Employees into Lateness...

He looked at his punch card today, and realised that someone has scratched on his punch card to change his reporting time so that he was considered late to work. Of course, he was furious, and trying to find out 'Who' and 'why'.

The office hour starts at 8.30am every day, however, you are giving another 15 minutes for lateness- meaning until 8.45am. If you are still unable to make it before 8.45 am, then only they start to deduct yor salary.

He hold his punch card asking around and, eventually, he was told by his principal that 'she saw him come in late on that day'. Feeling uneasy, and irritating, he wrote a letter to her.

"Mrs. **** -The Pincipal

Mrs.***,

Re: Forcing employee into ‘Lateness’ to work

With reference to above matter, I am most delight to inform you that your action to scratch on my punch card in order to change my reporting time to work, is unethical and immoral. The changes that you have made are as below:-

3rd January 2006 – I reported to work at 844 am, but you somehow change to 9.30 am, forcing me into almost an hours late!

4th January 2006 – I reported to work at 8.30 am, but you change it to 9.00 am, which putting me into 30 minutes late!

You action is not justifiable under the labor law of Malaysia, and I hope you understand your role as a principal for a 5-Stars Kindergarten, where integrity, ethic and moral value are important to preserve.

As far as I am concern, Miss *** is the person who took the courtesy to help me wrote down the time, due to the malfunction of your punch card machine. If you want to prevent the similar problem occurring again, please do send the machine to workshop.

Meanwhile, I have taken the courtesy to‘re-amend’ the time in my punch card with my signature on it. Please find attach a photocopied version of my punch card as well.

Thanks

Prince: Letter to Management...

After careful consideration about the situation, he made up his mind and drafted the following letter. The letter was sent to his manager this morning and hope it brings some clearification over some issues as well. The letter was as follow:-

"After careful review of your offers & recommendation, I truly appreciate your suggestion but I do not think the offered positions in the new company match with my experience and profiles, and your suggestion for me to tender self-resignation letter in 'the company' may not be viable to me with reference to my contributions to 'company', and my personal commitment.

Judging at the effort I have spent for 'company' in organizing events, managing ad-hoc matters, my involvement as the Vice Chairperson for the recruitment campaign in December 2005, and many more, has shown my commitment, and responsibilities in 'company'. For all those events that I have involved and organized (as listed below) has shown my whole-hearted contribution to 'company' since I joined, of course, there are more to be listed (pictures can be found in share-network to my personal computer in 'company');

1. Opening Ceremony
2. Lantern Festival
3. Drafting corporate policy & Corporate Brochure
4. 'Company' Newsletter for May 2005 Issue & October 2005 issue
5. Arrangement & Consolidating Enrichment Program
6. Gathering Party
7. Holiday Camp
8. Primary Transition Program
9. Parenting Lounge
10. Prom Night
11. Parenting Seminar
12. Parent Induction Programs
13. Open Days & many more

Meanwhile, I worked for every Induction Programs / Open Days in 'company', which is scheduled on most Saturday and Sunday, except one Sunday where I fell sick, and have to go back early, but permission was granted by my Senior- "******". In conclusion, I have never failed to carry out my duties and responsibilities in 'company'.

During the hectic recruitment campaign, I work together with the team, with the sole objective to hit our target. In addition to the hectic preparation for Induction Program and Open Day, I was also required to work on most Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am to 5.00pm (considering as the normal working hours), while I was also in charge of the Road show in Hypermarket which required me to work extended hours from 10.00am to 8.00pm or 9.00pm. Below are those Induction / Open Day which I was required to attend, while, highlighted areas are those which I was required to work ‘extended hours’ (as more than the normal special hours for event) for Road Show.

1. 08 October 2005 (Saturday)
2. 09 October 2005 (Sunday)
3. 15 October 2005 (Saturday)
4. 16 October 2005 (Sunday)

5. 28 October 2005 (Friday) Endah Parade
6. 29 October 2005 (Saturday) Endah Parade
7. 30 October 2005 (Sunday) Endah Parade

8. 18 November 2005 (Friday) Plaza OUG
9. 19 November 2005 (Saturday) Plaza OUG
10. 20 November 2005 (Sunday) Plaza OUG

11. 25 November 2005 (Friday) Endah Parade
12. 26 November 2005 (Saturday) Endah Parade
13. 27 November 2005 (Sunday) Endah Parade

14. 09 December 2005 (Friday) Endah Parade
15. 10 December 2005 (Saturday) Endah Parade
16. 11 December 2005 (Sunday) Endah Parade

I have never complained with the works given to me, and continue showing my commitment to 'company'. I have also been responsible for the works delegated to me, and have never failed to complete my tasks. As such, I believe your suggestion is not justifiable at this moment.

Last but not least, with reference to your comment of my performance was not up to your expectation. As far as I concern, no proper evaluation was done on me, showing no basis for your comment on my performance as not on par to your expectation. Judging at my contributions to 'company' from all above activities that I have involved and organized, even if I would believe your comment is true, it still not amount to the extent of tendering ‘self-resignation’ letter,

In conclusion, I reject your offer to the new company, and suggestion of self-resignation. Shall you have any question, or further suggestion which appears beneficial to me, then we shall sit-down and discuss further again at any time when you are available.

I hereby thank you for your concern.

Prince: ReMarK....

He can’t believe this is happening to him, for his respect to his CEO, and intended to learn from him and putting him as a role model. Now, this is what has happen to him. With all the promise the CEO has given to him about better HR policy, a better working environment and a good career pathway for him to move on in the company. All are lies that simply want him to work harder, so that at the end of the day, they can just kick him away? This is unbelievable, and ridiculous! He has learned something new now, “never trust anyone in the office”. Becoming the victim of office politic, he can’t blame anyone but one thing for sure.

Prince: WhAt a NeW YeAr Present..SiGh..!

After the busy recruitment campaign in December 2005, he thought he can have a rest while waiting for the New Year to arrive. Of course, for the white collar worker, bonus will be their most expected present to celebrate their new year. Obviously, for him, It also marks the end of year 2005, for the effort he has spent for his company.

Today, his CEO came for a meeting, individually with each of the marketing staffs. He thought it will be his performance appraisal meeting after all. Feeling a bit creepy, he walked into the office, greeting to the CEO.

He was asked by his CEO, “Have you found a job recently?”

Of course, the question caught him with surprise, and he can smell something fishy. He answered, “I have never thought of it before, why asking?”

His CEO insisted that he is looking for a job and has found a job, tentatively, wishing him luck if he has found one, or otherwise, hopefully he will get one. His CEO continued saying that, he is not suitable for his current job and that, and they want him to tender his own resignation letter as to reduce headcount in the company.

There are a few reasons was given without justification, and without much explanation, furthermore, they do not want to listen to his explanation as well. The CEO said that he has made his analysis, and it is good for him to leave. No further explanation needed.

The decision struck him, and it led him into believing the meaning of one Chinese proverb “once they cross the river, they destroy the bridge”.

The CEO offered him 3 choices:-

1st– either he finds a job and resign

2nd – The CEO has another newly set-up MLM company, offering two different positions; Sales Executive and Marketing Executives.

“Sale Executive can earn you a lot of money; you can recruit a lot of down line and sell the product” The CEO describes.

“As for Marketing Executive, will have to help me develop the PR function and organizing event, it is a taxing job where you almost have to work until 10pm every day”, the CEO continued.

“It is true, they have to work until 9pm to 10pm almost every night” the Manager emphasized.

The CEO added on saying that “But the pay may be lower than here”.

It took him one night and one day to consider the offer, and look into the few reasons the CEO has given. The few reasons were as below:-

“The principal said she can’t work with you, and I (the CEO) need someone who can work with my partner (the principal)”

- What kind of reason is this? From the past few months he has been trying hard to work closely with his principal, but was always being referred to her husband (one of the director in the company). She simply doesn’t want to deal with him. Somehow, he tried to explain but was turned down by the CEO, the CEO said “I trust my partner, and I have done my analysis”.

“Reducing Headcount”

– It could be a good reason to lay off workers after the hectic month of recruitment? He has been working hard with the team to achieve the target, now he can afford such a reason after everything has been settled down? Our target is 280 children, and we are hitting 263 children – 17 away from the number is not amounted to lying off and streamline the operation as he believes. If so, all the marketing staffs will have to be responsible for that, moreover, he is only the Vice Chairperson for the recruitment campaign! What about the Chair person?

“Performance not up to his expectation”

– The Company doesn’t even have a proper HR policy, and NO evaluation is done on him, in what basis he made his comment on his performance? The fact that the CEO only has weekly meeting with them, somehow, The CEO hasn’t been meeting them for almost a month. In what basis he made his comment?

The Offers:-

Sale Executive – He has no interest in MLM business at all!

Marketing Executive – He doesn’t mind working late at night as long as there is a career advancement opportunity, but he can’t believe they said the pay is lower. Where is the sincerity?

At the end he can conclude that, it is simply an ‘offer’ to urge him to go faster. They can even ask him to tender self-resignation letter, and want him to leave before Chinese New Year. He was told to tender one month notice and written in the letter as if he wants it to be one month so that the CEO can sign it. How stupid could that be? Of course NO WAY!

Prince: Diversified Needs...

Adaptation is one of the survival skill which you can name, but highly adaptable will hamper your career advancement. Looking at the society nowadays, people are looking for something new and exciting, and they are looking for capable executive who are able to bring changes in the company rigid environment.

When you are highly adaptable to the environment, you are then conforming to the old value in your company, and it brings you no where but only job security in your current job. Moreover, with the evolution of human mind, and the moving trend in the business world, has brought us ‘new’ needs in life.

For those who wish to move on in their career, are no longer choosing between security and risky job position. From the past, workers who are looking for job security will earn less, and those looking for challenging job will earn more due to risk bearing.

Nowadays, human needs evolves, and they are looking forward to satisfy their ‘diversified’ needs, where, they want job security yet changeling job that allows them to move on the corporate ladder. They are also looking for a job where they can learn a great deal of experience, in additional, earn them the integrity, status and fame in the market.

Prince: Working early...

He had just received an instruction from the principal office to arrive office at 8am daily for this coming two weeks. He was expecting the principal office to also mention about going back early at 5pm since they started work early in the morning, unfortunately, it has never happened. In fact, he knows it is not going to happen with the current attitude of his boss.

He doesn’t know how much longer he has to stay under her but obviously, it is frustrating and disappointing to work with her. Imagine you work under a boss who desire to keep you busy working every second, every minutes and every hours in office, by giving you frivolous workload such as cleaning up the campus, tying knot, photocopying, distributing flyers, writing address on envelope, searching for photo, all that you could name and all these works are yet an official responsibilities of him. It is going to be a long list if he was to sum-up his official and unofficial works.

No one would mind if it is justify for her decision of her action, somehow, all her ideas are just an additional work which brings no value to the company. For example, spending money to install a second CCTV in corporate office seems ridiculous; her reason is to cover 180 degree within the office. She wants to see everyone clearly, and know what they are doing. Her act shows no trust to her staff (Not that she never cross their phone line to spy on her staff!). Anyway, this is the kind of boss he has at the moment, and he is continuously looking for a good boss whom he believes, he can put his faith in him, and works hard for the company…he means really hard…

Prince: Leader as you call it...

Different people define leadership differently, due to their own cognitive experience. Apparently, He has his own definition by looking at the way he was led and managed. We have soft leadership skills, compulsive leadership skills, and what we call a good leadership skill which is a mixture of both. There are a few characteristic of a good leadership must have in common, and there are a few skills which a leader must possess as well.

1. A leader must be responsible for what they said and do.

2. A leader must be able to communicate well with subordinate

3. A leader must know when to step into an argument

4. A leader must be able to teach their subordinate with passion and patient

5. A leader must be able to stand by the subordinate mistake, and help them to correct it

6. A leader must be able to delegate responsibility and make their staff complete their job task on time.

A leader must be able to be a bridge between the top management and the lower management, while maintaining a good relationship. This is when truth, integrity and principles become important to avoid what we called ‘two-heads snake’. And, what he called a ‘bad’ leader are those…

1. A leader who does not admit own mistake

2. A leader who tends to be stubborn and persistent on something which all deems as mistake

3. A leader who plays ‘two-heads snake’ game in office

4. A leader who does no stand by your side when there’s a problem

5. A leader who shouts at you on your mistake

6. A leader who run away from mistake and push the blame on you either indirectly or directly

And the list goes on and on…

Prince: How Practical...

He wonders, he has study so much about business theory and business model, but is it practical to the business world nowadays? People are taking short cut, foregoing the moral and ethical value in business to achieve their objective. Is that meaning that you have to be cunning and take short cut in business in order to success? Let’s think about it…

Prince: Pre-marital SeX...

Pre-marital sex has always been a controversy topic in the society, but no one can stop it from happening in one relationship. Let’s take a perspective and look deep into it. With the outbreak of AIDS, and the increase of abortion case, have shown the increase of pre-marital sex in the society, mostly by the teenager who does it for the sake of curiosity.

Overseas, government has tried to educate their people about pre-marital sex, and the same time, educate them the safety precautious they should take. This shows that even government has no control over the increasing number, instead to look at it at a different perspective to strengthen the moral and ethical values of it.

There is nothing as right or wrong, but talking about pre-marital sex, it is about responsibility and commitment in a relationship. Those who try to stop it, merely prevent them from taking necessary responsibility, while, the greater the control, the greater the society rebel to the measure. Sex in relationship brings two people closer, provided that both parties realize their responsibility and commitment to each other. Of course, we are not talking about age under 21 year old! They may be too young for that…

Prince: Strategic Positioning..?

Company has been talking about strategic positioning, practically, how to start positioning your own company and where to start? Company who claims to involve in strategic positioning to revitalize their company growth, but they seem to start no where. There pump in money like water tap flowing non-stop but see no effect in the end.

Somehow, they do not realize that strategic positioning should start from department who has the closer touch to customer. Moreover, the company objective and vision must be set clearly, and the belief must penetrate the whole company to create the culture of success. However, do remember that it takes sometimes for you to be able to see the outcome.

Prince: Things Not to Do...

Very often, when a couple breaks up in a relationship, they tend to give option to each other for example, to become friend, as one of it. However, there are a few things where an Ex girlfriend or an Ex boy friend should not do to spark off the dubious feeling of love again.

Putting a picture of you previous partner in a place significant for other to see- this happen when your Ex place your picture in a place such as in office, room (if it is accessible to anyone), car or PC desktop. It inevitably creates suspicion as if he/she still has a heart on you. The impact will linger on to your current relationship if your current partner does not know the flows of the whole situation.

Wearing items your Ex has given you when going out with your ex It makes your Ex thought that you still have heart for him/her, and that, there is a possibility of getting together. Worse still, he may just play a fool on you, by treating you as a spare type on his chess board. This is when he/she tries to take advantage of the situation.

Frequently mention his/her name in front of your friends or your current partner it may be hard for you to get over it and even though you may have thought you have get over it, but frequently mention about the name of your Ex, or relating your hatred toward your Ex to others, is basically shows that you have not get over it. You are confused.

Uncontrollable habit- Every human being tends to exert certain habit, due to over doing it in a relationship. For example, calling your love one with an intimate nick will eventually become your habit in your next relationship, or small gesture like patting on your head, touching on your nose, may become a habit that are difficult to control. Your ex may be doing it over and over again when he/she is with you as a friend. It will in turn create discomfort, and confuse your position in the circle.

Way to deal with it…. You think about it. 

Prince: SChool ReopeN...

He almost forgets today is the kindergarten re-open, the moment he arrived at his office, he can hear children yelling, crying, shouting, and running around in the campus, while, parents are busy at entertaining their children’s mischievousness and howling!

The first two days in school is going to be a ‘parents-children day’ whereby, parents are allowed to sit in the class with their children, but later on, they will be banned from coming into the class even tough their child started to cry weep!

Sometimes, on behalf of the school management, they have to be strict in enforcement so as to allow the children to adapt to the environment without parental help, most importantly, they must learn to be independent, before they start to learn inter-dependent.

However, it was quite frustrated to see some parents, at the end of the day, still like to cling to their own children or to allow their children to cling to them even after the second days in school. And, they will make a fuss over when they were disallowed from coming into the class. Well, when will they learn… 

Prince: New Year Resolution?

What is your New Year resolution? Hem…..many have asked him about it but he seems to have the same resolution every year, to work harder and harder, and to work toward his dream. It has never changed since few years back, but this year, he may be able to see some changes are taking places, and moving towards his direction. All he could say, persistency is important, and perseverance what keeps you in the track. He hopes every one of you have an auspicious year 2006, and works hard for your dream! Happy New Year…

Prince: Kissing into Year 2006!

They told him that he has to kiss someone during the count down session to be blessed in New Year for his relationship; something likes ‘kiss your way into new year marks the beginning of a romantic year ahead for your relationship’. How true could that be, but being able to stay with your love one and kiss them when the clock hit 12 at night, could be something you can do it only once a year (obviously! How many New Year count down you have in a year right!)!

Prince: Count Down in Hard-ROCK!

As he always mention, end of year 2005 marks the beginning of year 2006, which also means New Year brings new spirit with new resolution. He would believe that he spent his New Year count down quite well, even though there were some miscommunication and dissatisfaction over service issues.

They (two couple, while waiting for Catheryn and Simmy- a total of 6 persons) arrived at hard rock café around 7.30pm, but were told to be at ‘waiting list’. Somehow, they can’t think of any other better place but to wait for the table. They were told to wait around ‘half an hours’ for a table of 6 persons but at the end they waited for more than 2 hours. They were only being able to sit down and enjoy their dinner at 9.45pm!

Despite the fact that we have continuously reminding the guest attendant about their ‘existence’, she passed the table to someone else who came later than them, what’s more, when they questioned her, the attendant claimed that they do not have enough ‘man count’ yet, thus, offering the table to other, she emphasized that they will need to have 6 persons in number-in full, only can take a table of 6!

This is the first time he heard such an absurd excuse for a ‘mishandling’, and what he can’t believe is that it happens in Hard Rock Café – An international chain cum well known restaurant! Well, sometimes, you just have to put our finger cross, because human do make mistake…
