Prince: Carried away by their negative thought?

No one can run away from office politic, can’t they?

Sometime a leader doesn’t know what leadership is; I must you that a leader is someone climbing a tree amidst the jungle and shouted to a bunch of monkey, ‘Wrong way!’

I have got a senior executive who often absent from work during critical situation, just because she doesn’t like the boss; what can I say, why must we become the slaves of our emotion, and try to jeopardize our own reputation with all those silly act like this. If you are a good leader, then you must become a role model to your colleagues, not an emotional creature up the tree shout at whatever you see or heard!

I personally thought that is the stupidest thing in earth to do so; don’t you ever try though…
