Prince: Life has problems! even planning!

Do you believe that every problem will have solution, and that every plan will have problem? This is human life, and no way, you can run away from this nature behavior of life. In management, people are talking about planning, but they do not understand the meaning of planning, whereby, it bounds to have problem because no plan is perfect. It is sad to see many manager to adopt the belief that plan should be no problem in the execution. May be they are bound by their own wisdom, and they should be learning about life philosophy before they are able to lead!
