Prince:Blame...

Have you ever been into a situation where you are being blame for the irresponsibility of others? Yes, many of us would have experience it once or more, prince believes. In work place for example, when many projects are in progress, company tends to manipulate the existing resources by appointing chairperson and vice chairperson, and one can be a chairperson in certain projects, and vice chairperson in other projects, this is to share the heavy responsibility among others. But, under certain circumstances, when your chairperson was an irresponsible person, then you will have to take up heavier responsibility on your side, and worse still, you bear the risk of being blame for any failure that shall occurs.

This would happen when your chairperson is not a good employee after all. He may leave you a lot of follow up work, or let you clean up the messy ending but never even inform you about you duty of doing it. When problem occurs, they will simply hide away, and let you take the blame! Stressful isn’t it? Of course, stressful and life is full of worry since you will not know when the next escapade is! There is one way to solve the problem, where you can talk to your superior about the situation, and constantly update them about your responsibilities through emailing, the least; they know that you are doing your part. Meanwhile, you need to be transparent to your colleague, who leaves you the blame, at least, hint them your dislike! Many of us afraid of losing a friend or a good colleague, thus, they do not dare to be transparent in any situation required. This could be wrong.
