Prince:Village Fellowships...

Prince still remembers he was in the fellowship of the future to be. He has 4 friends who leading to the birth of the circles.

B.K is a studious student; he always scores a good result for his study, and has currently completed his food bio-tech from USM, and now pursuing his Master in the similar University as Prince believes. B.K does not expect a lot but to be able to support his family will please him much. He does not think and dream high, as he believes time will come, and opportunity will soon arrive though.

Y.K is a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, who is now working for a machine manufacturing company in Penang. He travels to US often. He is ambitious, and used to dream a lot. He does not mind to work extra, and goes extra mile just for an achievement which he believes he desires the most. One scenario which can describe him, he is like a tiger who notice a prey, and is walking slowly to eat the prey. He has a dream and walking slowly to achieve it.

Max has just completed his law from University of Nottingham. Max is a bit sluggish, he isn’t look ambitious but he has got his own dream, which is becoming a lawyer. Max has a persistency in his dream, which we all tend to doubt initially. From the past few year with him, we all know that he isn’t a studios type, and isn’t do well in study. However, the least, he manages to pass all his paper, perhaps, that is the reason we all are worried about him. We encourage him a lot, whenever we meet, and of course, we are glad that he managed to get through every stage until now.

As for prince who is a Business Administration student majoring in Marketing Management, and currently pursuing his Master in International Business in Prime College. He dreams a lot, and he is such an ambitious man, who walks slowly, step by step to achieve his dream. Prince always believes, time is not a problem for his achievement, as long as it provides stability and a greater success.

J is a diploma holder in Computer Science, currently has no news on him, because he used to be considered as the worse case in the fellowship, perhaps. Something may have happened for sure.

Five of them share the same background, both are not from well-off family, and has been through a tough time. For prince, the toughest time is during Economic crisis when his family owes hundred of thousands, and even food had become a problem for them. During that time, it was rather being thrifty and leads a normal life, than no money at all. Prince has no money to be thrifty!

The five fellows sit together and vow to each other that they will help each other in future, for those among the fellowship who become a successful figure, will help those in the fellowship who still trying their best to achieve their dream.

Prince tags it along with a few conditions, that each of them must strive for the best. They must always be aggressive and look for self-improvement. They must not take for granted and rely on other fellows for achievement, and thus, this is to make this fellowship a pure fairness, which everyone contribute and try their best. They promise to each other if anyone of them is in trouble in future, then other will assist either monetary, or on their own expertise.

Prince said, ‘we all must work hard, and assuming that I am fortunate enough to own a factory, then I will get Max to come in as a partner and be my legal consultant, then Y.K to look after the machine, B.K can come in for his related field, and this is a good example of how we can help each other and become a partner to each other’.

Prince reiterated, ‘certainly, I have to be rational, the condition must also stand to its ground, if you are not good, we will help you, unless you aren’t helping yourself, same to me here, If I am not good, then I will feel like an embarrassment to you and myself, but I will not allow this to happen to me’.

Prince added, ‘If I am not good, then how am I supposed to help you in future when you approach me? And that will be an embarrassment to me because you look up to me, and I disappointed you, so to avoid this problem, every one of us must make sure that we are the best’.

The fellowship has been 6 years, and prince meets them every year, whenever he has time, though it is difficult to meet up with some of them such as Max who is in UK, and has just completed, while, Y.K who sometimes go overseas, and B.K who now busy with his own University work. This is such a village fellows, and they are still sticking to it, and everyone is improving from time to time…
