CIVICism....

What can I say about Human Behavior and Human thought! It is sad to see that they simply allowing their pet to defecate at the lakeside. As usual, I engaged in my daily jogging, to allow my body to have some sweat, but I was pestered by the smell of feces at the lakeside. To my surprise, that pet owner brought their pet to the lake, and allowed their pet to dig and “shit”. I wonder where is our civicism?
