Village...

I just realize that small village tends to have a strong bond with each other, with neighbor and residents who stays within the compound. They tend to care about each other, at which you will not find this in big city or hardly find this among Chinese community.

I must say, the progressive development in the country has brought much impact to our personal value. People tend to be more selfish and greedy, materialistic has become an essential surviving character in big city, if you are not strong enough mentally and ethically, you might be carried away by the moment that would lead to change in your personal value and perception.

But I was surprised to find the bond is still strong among us, relatives and, in our village. People still help each other even though my grandparent had passed-away many years ago.
